I purchased it in February 2025, it was great I loved it at first, but now it needs charging every 3 days, in the beginning it could hold up for about a week now I need to keep it on the charger constantly for it not to die on me. I will be switching back to Philips. I never leave bad reviews but it died on me today even tho I charged it two days ago and it was my last straw

Product: 0/5 (two confirmed defective) Customer Service: 5/5 (helpful and will replace bad product) Skip this product, waste of time and money. I’ve purchased this twice, once from Tik Tok earlier in 2024 and another from here in December 2025. Both have been confirmed defective and returned for a refund. No interest in a 3rd replacement. Customer service was very polite and professional. Essentially the devices require input of 5V-1A to charge. Anything more and they will refuse to charge (most usb charging is done at 5V-3A). So it requires a special adapter to charge. Devices come in airplane mode that they refuse to leave. Follow the quick start guide to hear a bunch of beeping, view an airplane icon, and then a red flashing battery. Even after buying the 5V-1A usb adapter it still would not operate.

If a big tech company made a toothbrush, they would create the Laifen Wave Electric Toothbrush. I recommend reading the Quick Start Guide for tips and essential info. The toothbrush comes with 3 brush heads, and I chose the Gum Care brush head because I haven't used an electric toothbrush for a while. The compact brush head is easy to maneuver, and the oscillation does a create job of cleaning at the gum line. After brushing, my teeth feel almost "dental cleaning" clean. The charge lasts a long time. I decided to recharge after 2 weeks, but I could have waited longer. The app lets you name your toothbrush; I named mine Brushy. You can also use the app to set the brushing duration and put you toothbrush in travel mode (locked). Most features do not require use of the app. Another great product from Laifen!

UPDATE 04/19/2026 Laifen Customer Service got in touch with me regarding the experience I had with my Toothbrushes. They were very helpful and responsive and they sorted everything out. This is what customer service should be. They should stand behind their product. This is the only company that ever reached out to me regarding my reviews on Amazon. I stand behind Leifen as of now since they took care of the issues I had. Very disappointed, I used to have one that I bought 2 years ago, and water got inside from the toothbrush top. Rusted my head on my old one and did not work anymore. So, I decided to order a new one since I liked the concept of vibration and rotation in one. The first one was delivered 1 week ago and had to exchange it with a new one since the Battery would not charge. I received the replacement today and again the Battery would not charge. I guess there is no QC anymore since 2 in a row had that same problem. Need to go back to another brand.

UPDATE: Laifen customer support has been very good with reaching out and replacing the the faulty device. 4 stars just for their quick and courteous response. ORIGINAL REVIEW: The brushes have been in storage so long that they won't charge and turn on. When plugged in it will blink green for a few seconds then then start blinking pink which indicates some sort of error. Search for "Laifen Toothbrush Red Light Blinking Issue" and you will see many other people are having the same issue. It seems Laifen won't acknowledge the issue.
