Exceptional value for the money. I needed a UPS that would allow for enough power to run my computer systems for at least an hour after the power went out. This system fits that need perfectly. Additionally, for longer power outages, I can attach a solar array and keep the battery charged indefinitely. The system is easy to set up and far exceeds my expectations. If you want a UPS system with a lot versatility check it out.

Power station came completely dead, 0% charge. Spent hours and hours trying to charge different ways. Would never go past 0%. So I had to return this 140 lbs machine, which was very difficult, go with Ecoflow instead

This product is loaded with all the features I was looking for (including the EV charging port!). More importantly, Anker support was top notch and went above and beyond to take care of my shipping issue quickly and exceeded my expectations. For charging small devices, stick to using the front USB ports as much as possible rather than plugging in a wall charger(s) as those seem to run the battery down quicker.

While this product does appear to be high quality, the marketing is extremely deceptive. I bought this thinking I would be able to save power by shifting my time of use, but turns out that's not possible without the smart home panel. The marketing allides to being able to use it like that, but those features are absent without the smart panel. It's not unreasonable to assume this device could do this on its own, all the elctronics are there. If all you need is a giant battery bank / solar battery, then this may work for you. If you are planning on getting the home power panel, this may work for you. If you are like me and thinking of using this as a standalone unit to shift time of use, as the marketing alludes to, this won't work. It's very difficult to ascertain this information from any official documentation or marketing. Now I have to wrestle this massive thing back into its box to return it. Extremely dissappointed, will be looking at ecoflow instead.

It's heavy, well thought out, good interface, checks all the boxes I was looking for. It arrived in a beat up box with a broken wheel but after reaching out to Anker they quickly sent out a new one and actually followed up a week later asking if the new wheel solved the issue. I've never had a follow up from any customer service so thank you for standing behind the product and actually delivering on the "service" portion of customer service. Definitely be buying another Anker product in the future ..

This is an impressive piece of equipment. Well made, packaged appropriately for size and weight, delivered much sooner than originally expected. While only time will tell about overall battery life the unit works as advertised and I appreciate that I can add to the system over time.

Love that it has input and output 240v options. Tested it, and it meet expectations

The units work well. There a bit quirky, outlets shut off depends how you charge. That makes no sense to me. Ive got the generator adapter with all sorts of power, yet plugs are disabled unless i buy an adapter. It would make sense to configure the plugs way you want. I believe my unit is miswired slightly… All my 120v outlets have voltage present while running off the battery 25A plug has 120v Definitely need to test more. Ive been sourcing all sorts of adapters to see if i can make it work for my setup. Id say theres potential. Will probably purchase the home power panel kit.
