I didn't expect too much from these, but I did hope for some sort of effect after seeing so many great reviews. I'm happy to report that I absolutely love this supplement after using it for a little bit now. The positive effects are subtle in a way but still very noticeable if you are in the habit of paying attention to how you're feeling day to day.I've noticed a rather dramatic increase in feelings of overall wellbeing and vitality, a significant decrease in my anxiety levels (which was a welcome surprise), and I feel like I have this calm, efficient type energy throughout the day. I feel ready to tackle things that I would normally feel intimidated by (for example - I usually have intense car anxiety, especially when I need to drive me and my toddler somewhere without my husband - but after being on this supplement for maybe a week, I was suddenly totally fine with taking a road trip with just me and my toddler and I didn't have even a little bit of anxiety the whole trip. I was amazed by that.)I highly recommend for anyone who wants to feel better in their body and mind, and I don't know if the anti-anxiety effects are just me, but I'd say if you have anxiety maybe give this supplement a shot!

I had read a lot of research about NAD and how the long term of taking it would benefit my health . This is my second one and I already in subscription to receive it every 120 days ! I can tell I feel more energetic. I really like the package and the capsules are easy to swallow. I just started and I am expecting a good result based off other reviews. I’ll come back to edit when i start to notice the difference.

I started taking NAD after hearing so much about them. I just received my second bottle and believe I am seeing some results. I do have a high energy level and this has remained and I feel my nails and skin have improved. They pills are easy to swallow and I have had no side effects. I will continue to take them and see the long term effectiveness.
