Great for what I need
I fly up to four legs a week for work, and often find myself in food deserts late at night with only fast food or what they have at the hotel snack area. I didn't go in expecting this to be exactly like ramen, etc. The texture wasn't terrible to me. My noodles weren't mushy, but will probably add more water next time to make it brothier. Quite spicy! Which I like. But overall, being able to fly with something I know has protein and nutrients in it. Nothing replaces eating whole foods, but this is good for my situation.

Horrible taste and texture
I would leave zero stars if that’s a possibility! absolutely disgusting flavor. It tastes like plastic and mold. Not worth the money. Very disappointed in this product. I have had the other Huel flavors and I’ve enjoyed them. They are a good source of protein, especially if you’re vegetarian. This flavor is horrible!! Do not recommend that you buy. The texture is horrible. Just everything about it is so gross. I literally had a bite spit it out and have to throw away the rest of the supply because it’s in edible.

Perfect base layer to add your preferred flavors and garnishes
This is pretty good as a blank slate. I add healthy amounts of garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, and a bit of extra sauce to make it more flavorful. It’s a decent base to throw some vegetables and other garnishes. After that, it doesn’t taste like health food at all and is very satisfying. It’s not great if you don’t add anything to it. I wouldn’t eat it on its own unless I’m backpacking or something. I got this with the understanding that it’s a base layer to add to, and it’s helping me to overcome my unhealthy noodle addiction. Job well done, Huel!

Taste is awful
If I could give it zero stars I would. Because this product is backed by some pod casters I follow I thought it would be decent. Worst tasting food item I’ve ever had, you be much better off spending your money on top ramen and save yourself some money in the process. I’m throwing away the entire case. Not fit for consumption

Spicy, taste nice, texture can be worked on and price is okay.
It good and the cost is about mid to be honest. The taste is pretty similar to one of those cup noodle stir fry's. I personally like to add a few pieces of chicken to it to add to the texture. The spice level is surprisingly nice though, usually anything packaged like this isn't as spicy as you would think.

Good if you prioritize the health part
Very good if you know what to expect. It doesn't have a crazy amount of flavor like most noodle cups but you normally sacrifice flavor for health based products. There is less sodium in this cup, less sugar, and about 20% of your daily vitamin needs, you normally do not see that in traditional noodle cups. It tastes and smells good, the texture is different but that's to be expected with plant based pasta. After I finished the cup, I was pleasantly full and didn't feel like I ate a pound of sodium. Well worth the price in my opinion.

I like it, healthier than ramen or other junk food!
I'm giving these 5 stars because they are a good option if you're looking for healthier meals and it's very easy to make. I added water and stirred it up a bit before microwaving to ensure everything was properly suspended in the water, past that following the directions had great results. As far as taste, if you dislike peas you probably won't like this very much as you can taste the pea protein. For me, this was actually pretty good, it's got a bit of kick to it and I like peas so that was fine. Texture was pretty good as well to me; the water and seasoning thickens into a sauce and the noodles were soft but not mushy. I'm not sure what the bigger chunks are, I believe it's the pea and faba bean textured protein, but they didn't really add much of a texture to this and did not bother me. Overall, while I wouldn't eat this for every meal, I like to have it as an option, I likely don't get all the vitamins and minerals I need and imagine this is a better way of getting important nutrients vs multivitamins.

Check the expiration date
Haven’t even tried these yet and I’m sure they’re fine taste wise but the box that I was sent expires in one month. I don’t use these very often only from time to time when I’m in a rush, so that’s definitely not great and it makes me wonder how long they were sitting before they were sent to me.
