This review will be short, as I don't want it to turn into a love letter to this company. :)After owning this bike for over 5 weeks, I am extremely happy with this purchase. So far, so great! (As of this review, I have put over 160 miles on it and there doesn't seem to be any noticeable wear or tear.)CONS:1. The bike is HEAVY, so I suggest you have someone around to help you when it is delivered. (This is also a "pro," but I'll get to that later.)2. The seat takes some getting used to - it is hard and somewhat unforgiving, especially for a new rider. I'm not a new rider and it gave me quite a few saddle sores, which is likely my own fault for riding it so much... (I bought a memory foam seat cover, which seems to have solved the problem.)3. The pulse/heartrate monitor never worked for me, but then I didn't really care about that feature. Still, if this feature is important to YOU, then I'd suggest doing some research to make sure my problem was an isolated incident.PROS:1. The bike is super easy to put together. (I did it alone and took my time, but it can probably be assembled in 30 minutes or less.)2. The bike is easy to use and the readout/monitor is pretty straight forward. (It shows speed [always at the top, in MPH], distance, calories, time, pulse and odometer - total distance traveled over all of your workouts. If you reset the monitor by holding the button down for a few seconds, the odometer will still keep track of your total mileage, but everything else will be erased and go back to zero.)3. The bike is STURDY. (I think this is because it weighs so much, although it may simply be that this company put together a decent product that doesn't wobble or sway when you really go all out with your peddling. Who knows?)MISCELLANEOUS:1. The seat is adjustable and can be moved up and down as well as forwards and backwards.2. The "handlebars," too, are adjustable, but they only move up and down, NOT forwards or backwards.3. There are wheels on the front of the bike which make moving it around fairly easy, though it IS heavy and should be lifted with respect, lest you wish to injure yourself. (It's not so heavy that a somewhat fit person would have trouble moving it, but still, be cautious when it comes time to relocate this bike.)All in all, I'm very happy I bought this bike and if my exercise needs increase, I will look to this company for new products.

Solid, heavy and very quiet. Well worth it so far.

I had this bike for 3 weeks and wanted something quite to workout on as I live in a townhouse and didn't want to disturb my neighbors. Unfortunately it rattles and it vibrates when I'm on it. I'm so frustrated with it as it's too heavy for me to return. Its a study bike but the seat is very uncomfortable as well. Wish I didn't buy this one :(

Very similar to Schwinn but a fraction of the price. Easy to assemble. Heavy duty. Monitor works perfectly. Arm tension bands are a plus. One issue is vibration; easily solved by spraying WD 40 to flywheel and brake assembly. Customer Service (Lisa) was very helpful and prompt.I modified the unit by switching to Wellgo road pedals and adding a Livall Cadence sensor which screws into the axle. Use a chest heart rate monitor and both communicate with iPhone.There are countless online spinning videos on YouTube which you can cast from your iPhone to a smart TV.Voila! I have lost 10 lbs by spinning 20-30 minutes every day for 2 months with no diet change.

This exercise training bike is the ultimate home workout bike. I've tried many but this takes the cake! Very very strong frame and the 40lb flywheel allows the most efficient stride motion. Very impressed with the design and high quality exterior finish. It has adjustable handlebars and seat. By far the best exercise bike I have tried!

So happy with this bike. Seriously heavy duty frame with great features. A++++++++++++
