Treesiche Center Console Organizer. This little item was perfect! It very easily slipped into position on my 2024 RX350H Premium Plus. It also was very easy to remove in order to get at items stored below it. The console lid closed with no difficulty. After reading reviews that it was very difficult to remove for some people, I even tied a string around it to make it easy to take out, should I have problems. But no, my precautions were totally unnecessary! It looks great and works great. It's a winner, for me!

Not good
If you never need to remove it, it's great. I had to access something underneath but could not get the tray out. I had to break it just to remove it from the center console. I wouldn't recommend this.
