High quality and corrosion resistant!
This is a decent well made battery clamp made of brass. Most are made of lead. What I like is I use these in a marine and other applications. They are very durable and long lasting, and corrosion resistant. The one thing to be careful is over tightening! They are tight enough when both legs that the bolt go through are parallel and you cannot turn the the clamp on the battery post. Going further you can crack or break one of the legs. The brass is a copper & zinc derivative. Lead clamps on the other hand are forgiving but will start too loosen if over tightened. Lead is a good conductor but not as good as brass and not a good steward to the environment.

Better than the card ones.
Way heavier than I thought they would be, should last a long time. I did notice that the bolt for cable attachment will fall out when the nut is removed, so hold onto it. The clamps are marked P and N but the bolts for squeezing the clamps tight are in the same position, the connectors are exactly the same. One should be in the opposed position so the nut is to outside of the battery post. You canโt switch the bolt around due to the locking tab that prevents the bolt from turning will be in the way. Wonโt be a problem if your battery has a flat top but if it has raised one for a venting chamber then you might have a bit of a problem getting the clamp tight.

Nice tight fit
Purchased these for a top post (obviously) AGM battery I bought to power my winch/jack in my car trailer. The battery uses an A1 post size, and while I couldn't find any specs in the description as to whether they're SAE/JIS (A), DIN (A1), or EN (A2), I can confirm it fits A1.

Great quality
Nothing special here. Just a good quality connector for any battery connection. These also come with two circular felt strips to prevent battery terminal corrosion.

Solid Brass
Solid brass and hard to tighten, I had to shim them. Next time I will go with old school lead and will replace these with copper when I get a chance. They are solid and I suspect great for the marine environment, but a major hassle for automotive. YMMV

Read before buying
Crappy build quality. One was too wide and did not tighten well on the battery post. If itโs for a temporary fix will be fine, for a long term solution I donโt recommend it.

Good quality
Good quality brass. Not too hard or stiff for clamping. Good fit onto respective terminals. Each is embossed with P and N for identification. Made in China but excellent value which will outlive many batteries.
