I xtremely disappointed with the Cult Impact Pro (Model no: 805368). The product description on Amazon claims a battery capacity of 4500 mAh, which is a complete lie and a violation of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India). Upon technical inspection and cross-referencing, it is revealed that the actual battery is only 3000 mAh as mentioned in some internal logs; but certainly NOT what is advertised. Selling a product by overstating its core specifications is an Unfair Trade Practice. Under Section 2(47) of the Indian Consumer Law, this is a punishable offense. Even within Amazon's own detailed specifications, the battery claims are inconsistent, proving that the seller is hiding the truth to manipulate buyers. You cannot deceive Indian consumers by providing false specs. Transparency is not optional; it is a legal requirement. Do not be fooled by the high mAh claims. This is a classic case of Misleading Advertisement. Think twice before buying from a brand that lacks integrity in its listings.

It’s difficult to identify how to start the massager. I have seen many people returning it because they are unable to turn it ON and they think it is damaged. Here’s how to Turn it ON: Long press the power button and just when you see battery indicator immediately press power button once again.(shown in video) Charging the massager: It requires 5V 1A charger to charge. But if you have a PD charger adapter (iphones adapter /samsungs PD adapter or any modern adapter) it will NOT CHARGE. You must have a basic old model charger which should not be a PD charger. (Shown in video) My review: The massager is good it will make you feel a little bit relaxed but you can go for some cheaper version, this model dosnt have something very amazing or different from other massager. Its just it has claimed battery of 4500mah which they claim will work for 4.5 hrs of battery life but I doubt. As per my experience, it will give around 2.5-3hr of battery life only.
