Great eye pencil from VB
Nice creamy pencil. No tugging. Easy to apply and has the smudger! Stays where you put it. Ordered 3 more colors because I like it so much!

Smooooth!
Love this liner. Glides on smoothly and lasts longer throughout the day unlike most other liners. Would’ve given 5 stars but I have to sharpen pretty often as the tip is soft, which is what adds to the smoothness of application so I don’t mind.
