as we are older viewers we needed a bit clearer information on the screen, this tv has everything we need and a good picture. we are now on an adventure to learn everything it can do.

Absolutely fantastic picture and sound quality fairly easy to set up would highly recommend this TV it is my third one in 20 years thanks.

I really like the TV as this is the second one I have bought from the same company but the latest remote is completely different and I don’t like it. This latest remote is just not logical whereas the other one is. The one on the left of the picture is the older remote and is so easy to use, the remote on the right is the new one and as you can doesn’t have the same options. This is why I have not given 5 stars.

The installers delivered the tv and immediately said they could not install the tv on a single arm tv mount as this was Amazons policy and the installers would not be insured if anything went wrong. The installers went on to tell me about several scenarios why this made sense and admitted that this happened often and they blamed Amazon for not telling customers about their exact policy and delivery instructions were just generic and not specific to each item. I asked the installers what the weight of the tv was and they told me 40kg which was not correct as the unpacked weight was only 33kg. They said the max size for my mount was 65 inch. My previous tv was 65 inch and weighed 29 kg. Below is taken from the actual product info. The mount is Heavy-Duty 50kg Weight Capacity Built from high-grade steel, it supports large TVs up to 80" with a secure 50kg weight limit and tested strength for added safety. If I had known that this tv would not be installed On a single arm mount I probably would have made other arrangements or not have made the purchase as the free set up, remove all packing and mounting was attractive. As it played out I had to arrange somebody to mount this tv and he had to bring another person as it was a two man job. The owner was astonished as to why the Amazon installers never done the job as the mount was more than capable for the tv in question. So £120 later for 30 minutes work I have the tv installed/mounted and I set the tv up myself. Please be aware when buying especially when installation is included.

Great the picture is perfect and the sitting is easy.

The tv was good but the tv guide was bad it would stop going forwards to see what was on later and I would have to keep retuneing it. Also we would lose itv channel so retune again. This was the second tv as well also had new aerial put in. But don’t help.

Its a good tv…I got this in a good condition.Easy to install.Screen is good.

Great Tv, fast response and lovely picture.

Have bought 3 LG TV's in the last 2 years all have been excellent and this latest is no exception. Excellent value for money and looks superb
