really pleased with this new seat. easy to fit and soft close is perfect. The finish has a slight golden glow which looks very good. we chose the basic wood look to match our decor. Now we will see how it lasts.

It arrived promptly a couple of days before the estimate and I've just installed it. Always a fiddly job but the fittings provided are as good as any I've used and better than most (it includes metal washers and nuts, an insert to support the rod through the oversize hole in the toilet pan, a key to make running the nut up the insanely long threaded bolt easy etc.) The seat itself is heavy and solid and the soft close works fine. There's no sign that the plastic coating would be able to peel away like the photo in one of the earlier reviews because there are no seams. It feels as good as the one I'm replacing, which lasted 20 years, so hopefully this one will too.

We had an old traditional wood toilet seat that developed a crack through it. We wanted a replacement with a soft close hinge, and decided to ring in the changes with a more funky colorful and fun design, a frog in an inflatable ring. The choice of design was my partners, not to everyone's taste I know, but there are lots of alternative designs available. We tracked the delivery across Europe from Germany, it arrived within 5 days, safely and sensibly packaged. I got round to fitting it a short while after. The fitting instructions were clear and helpful, it is a bit fiddly to do, but despite my DIY challenged skills it was within my limited capabilities. The good news is that in regular use over a couple of years now it has performed well, no problems, well up to the job it was designed for, and it has brightened up our downstairs loo with a bit of fun. The soft close function works well, easy to clean , and it stays in place .A fair price for a decent product that is well constructed and designed and has lasted well with no problems, so recommended (with a design of your choice).

This item is nicer than illustrated infact it is brilliant

the quality of the product is good. but unfortunately, you cannot remove the seat for cleaning once fitted, and it was of no use to me as i cannot get to the back of the toilet to put the nuts on, all other toilet seats i have purchased the hinges are fitted from the top. so you don't have to put nuts underneath. very disappointing. Now 2 month down the line, and guess what, the plastic is coming away from the cheap MDF THE SEAT IS MADE FROM. Do not buy the heap of garbage.

Il colore oro è più un bronzo. A parte questo è stato abbastanza facile da montare. Apprezzati i gommini bianchi che vanno sui ganci. Il sedile risulta piatto, largo, l'apertura quindi più stretta, diversa dai modelli standard e quindi "strana" quando si utilizza la prima volta; questa però è una comodità per i bambini. Inoltre la chiusura lenta evita che possano farsi male schiacciandosi le dita. Essendo nuovo non è possibile valutare sé ci saranno problemi di ossidazione o sé il meccanismo di chiusura si allenterà. Nel caso la recensione sarà aggiornata.
