I’m genuinely a bit in shock by this. Due to illness, I hadn’t driven my car for a few weeks and with the cold weather as well, the battery completely died to the point that the key fobs wouldn’t even unlock the car. I bought this one because I couldn’t justify spending nearly three times the price on a similar one I saw listed that had more reviews. I charged it up to 100% and took it down to the car to try it. I followed the instructions and once everything was connected, I turned my key and lo and behold, my engine started immediately. I honestly couldn’t believe it. My husband doesn’t drive and we live away from family, so I don’t really have anyone nearby to rely on if something like this happens. I was genuinely surprised at how easy this was to use. If you’re like me and want something compact, good quality, quick to charge, and works, I’d definitely consider this. After using it once the power pack battery dropped to 75%, so I reckon you’d probably get around four jump starts out of a full charge. I’m planning to keep it in my car for emergencies and just recharge it once it drops to around 25%.

I am really pleased that I bought this item. It's a small handy size but is robust and works well to do the job intended. Its recently been used and I'm pleased to report that it performed well. It comes with its own storage bag so it can easily fit in the glove compartment or boot. It has a built in bright torch/ emergency light which is very useful in a breakdown. I'm very impressed that its also a power bank with a port for charging such as a phone. There is a clear indicator of the charging levels and the smart jump leads are very sturdy and well made. It's excellent value for the price. I would recommend this product to anyone looking to buy.

Absolutely fantastic bit of kit - for it's size it really does what it says. I bought the previous model to this one and I have used it a few times including helping out my brother to jump start his 3 litre BMW sport - no problems whatsoever! I had to bail out my grandaughter earlier this week in the multi storey car par to get her home from work - again no problems whatsoever. I decided to let my daughter keep the older one just n case her or her 2 car driving daughters ever get stuck. It's a really powerful, compact and very lightweight unit - much better than carrying around those really big and cumbersome heavy units of old. It also has a really handy light built in and can also be used as a power bank for charging phones etc. Although (hopefully...) not a regularly used item, it is a handy unit that can be stored in your glovebox. All in all, i can really recommend this starter and I am pleased I purchased this specific model.

I always like to have one of these things in the car as I have had to put up with a parasitic drain to the battery for many years. I had to leave the car parked and unused for just over two weeks and on my return the battery was completely flat........completely. I connected the power pack up and lo and behold a few moments later the car was running well, although the car turned over quite slowly on start up. The battery was still very flat after start and needed to be fully charged but this item performed as it should. Highly recommended. It is much smaller in dimensions than I thought it would be and it looks to be solidly made with good quality crocodile clips. It comes with a charging lead (cigarette lighter plug). Having previously purchased a Trekure starter pack which through winter I had occasion to use three times when my car battery went flat and once on my daughter's car for the same reason, I can vouch for it's ability to do the job, and for the quality of Trekure products. When I saw this latest version for sale, and knowing that it will be a quality product, I decided to buy it for my daughter. Don't be put off by the small size. I recently bought a new battery as the old one was not now holding a charge. The old one was in my garage, so I put it on my car so as to test the new starter. The battery still had some power in it, but not enough to spin the starter motor, so I connected my new jump-starter (as simple as clipping the + cable to the + battery terminal and the - cable to the - terminal, as in photo, turned the ignition key and it started without problem. Also of great importance is that it protects against any electrical faults that could be hazardous, making it very safe to use. Apart from it's jump start capabilities, it is also a power bank, allowing you to charge your mobile phone etc. It also has a built-in LED flashlight with four modes: light,sos,strobe and warning. When I go camping in summer I will definitely take it with me, for charging my phone, and the light. If it starts to run down of charge, it can be charged from a usb port in the car while travelling. I may keep this one because it takes up so little room in the car and give my one to my daughter who doesn't carry lots of camping gear. For me this is now a must have and I highly recommend it.
