it works. super simple swap. replaced my '14 Ram 1500 one. turns out it was my transfer case motor.

Perfect fit
Works better than OEM. Got this one for my 1500Ram, 44k miles. Original parts just sucks, not reliable and three times more expensive than the aftermarket one.

Garbage Part
Installed, worked great for the first couple of engagements and then failed doing exactly what the original did. Save your time and money.

Perfect fit and price
2019 5th gen Ram 1500. Wouldn’t shift out of 2wd. Watched YT videos about installing. Raising the front passenger tire was a great tip. Less than 2 tbsp of transfer case fluid came out upon removal of the old actuator. Entire change out took about an hour including clean up and test drive. Dealer wanted almost $700. Happy so far.

Good Enough
Item fit and worked just fine. The packaging was virtually non-existent. The part came loose in a cardboard box with no protective wrapping foam or anything of the sort. It had poked through the side of the box but fortunately nothing appeared to be damaged. It is much lighter duty than the OEM part. Fortunately it's only a half hour or so change, so if this one fails I'll go with a more sturdy one next time. In in
