Been getting into using Cureskin a lot lately and this has been really helpful for my son who battles with acne quite badly. You don't need a lot, one or two pumps at best, and it foams brilliantly. My son has found that his skin does tend to dry out a bit more after use, but only really in areas of his skin that are not as oily as others, so this is expected to a degree. He used Cerave for moisturising anyway. It's definitely making a difference and whilst it's certainly not a treatment for acne, it's good for maintenance cleaning of skin. My son has just finished a course of antibiotics to help battle the acne and this stuff is helping him keep on top of things and hopefully avoid another course. Other than some dryness, he says his skin feels fine and he's had no adverse effects, so that's a plus.

I am very impressed with this deep cleanse face wash. I have perimenopausal oily skin, which is also sensitive, and sometimes it just needs a good clean. I have tried it a couple of times now after wearing sunscreen on my face and commuting and working a full day in a city. It was impressive in that it cleans my face totally of all sunscreen and makeup and any other pollutants and dirt on my face. It leaves a lovely clear skin behind for me to put my serum and night cream on. It’s easy to use - I shake the bottle a bit and put two pumps in the palm of my hand, before applying to wet skin. The instructions say one pump but I find that I need two so the bottle might not last as long given I’m using that amount each time. The fragrance is the same as the other cureskin products I use, which is an inoffensive scent. I think this is really excellent quality - my skin really feels so much cleaner after using and for £5.99 at time of review, I also think it’s great value for money. I shall only use it 1-2 times but I definitely recommend it.

I've used Cureskin products before but not the Salicylic version, so I grabbed this as I'm low on face wash anyway to see if it's on par with their other ones. 2 bottle of the face wash arrived wrapped in plastic, which once removed, each bottle was also wrapped/sealed as well, so you know that there isn't any tampering going on here. As it's a pump, it takes a couple of pressed to get foam out - the picture is essentially a half pump as that was the first of what I used. You notice a slight fragrance to it, it's not overwhelming, but doesn't last and is pretty neutral, almost fresh smelling. Rubbing my hands together with a bit of water made it foam up pretty well, so massaging on to my face was easy and then rinsing it off with a damp facial cloth got rid of all the residue. Feeling my face, it felt clean and smooth - I didn't notice any dry skin which soap has a tendency of doing. It will take a few washes to notice though, but after a couple of days, my skin doesn't have any reaction to it at all either and still feels pretty smooth, so all good there. 2 bottles for the price seems ok. You only need one pump per face wash and so it should last a fair time. It's easy to dispense and has no reaction to my skin, plus it feels clean and smooth on top, so hard to fault.

Real-World Performance In practice, this foaming face wash is exceptionally easy to use and has fitted seamlessly into my morning and evening routines. Although it is primarily formulated for oily skin, I've found it works brilliantly for combination skin as well. It lathers up beautifully into a gentle, lightweight foam that rinses away easily with warm water. It shifts daily impurities and excess oil effortlessly, leaving my face feeling deeply clean, refreshed, and perfectly prepped for my moisturiser to be applied. Crucially, it doesn't leave that tight, uncomfortable feeling that some harsher salicylic acid cleansers can cause. Pros and Cons Pros: Leaves skin feeling thoroughly clean and refreshed without any tight, drying sensation. Highly effective for both oily and combination skin types. Comes as a generous pack of two 100ml bottles, ensuring excellent longevity. The perfect prepping step before applying serums and moisturisers. Cons: Salicylic acid can increase sun sensitivity, so you do need to ensure you apply an SPF during the day. Price and Value Judgement At the current Amazon price point, this twin pack represents fantastic value for money. When compared to similar high-street brand salicylic acid cleansers, getting two decent-sized bottles for this price is an absolute bargain. Because the quality is so consistent, I now use this brand for all of my skincare needs and would absolutely buy this set again. Final Verdict: 5/5 stars. I have given this a full five stars because it is a gentle yet highly effective cleanser that delivers excellent results for combination skin, offers brilliant value as a twin pack, and confirms my trust in the brand.

It's ok, smells nice but have found better products for cheaper. I have oily skin and tried this after my preferred face wash discontinued. I will keep looking for a replacement. It doesn't feel clean after and have to use lots of toner to get a clean cotton pad after.

I've always found Cureskin products to be good value for money, so I was pleased to see this face wash available. I ordered it for my partner, who has been using it regularly. He likes it, hasn't experienced any irritation and says it leaves his skin feeling clean and fresh after use. The fragrance is light. A little goes a long way as it foams up well, so the bottle should last a while. At the current price of £5.98, I think it's excellent value.

I like to use a targeted Face Wash and I thought this Cureskin Deep Cleanse one for Oily and Sensitive Skin would be a good choice for me to try. The face wash contains Microsphere Salicylic Acid and foams up really well. I like a foaming face wash and I was hoping this one would help my oily t-zone whilst not over drying the rest of my face. I like that there are no harsh chemicals in this face wash and my sometimes-sensitive skin is quite happy with me using this twice a day. The face wash foams as it comes out of the pump action top and 2 pumps are enough for my face and neck. I gently smooth the foam over my face paying attention to my t-zone and any areas with visible pores. I then wash off with a soft damp facecloth and usually the shower spray. It is probably a bit soon to say the face wash is delivering the promises it makes in the listing but it certainly is leaving my skin soft and not overly dry. My skin does look better; more hydrated and balanced. The oily patches on my t-zone are also responding well and feeling less oily. I will be interested to see how well it performs with long term usage but for now, I am happy with the results I am having. It is deep cleanse and I feel any blackheads, white heads, blemishes are benefiting from daily use of this face wash.

It's been more than 2 weeks using this product and I can truly say that this product is magical. My skin feels softer and fresh . I have oily skin , after using this product I feel my skin is less oily. initially I used this twice a day becayof excessive oily skinbit after using it a week I reduced it's application to once a day . It has also reduced the acne scars active acne and pigmentation to some extent. It has good fragrance. Only thing I don't like about it is that it won't last more than a month at this cost and amount. But anyways it has given amsizing results and I am looking forward to try other cureskin products also .

Easy to use pump that makes skincare a little more fun, it’s foamy and feels nice on the skin, it’s an easy way to add salicylic acid into your skincare without over doing it. Decent sized tube for the price as well and convenient pump in case I have to take it on the go

The quality of the product is very good and it's doesn't feels oily after using it and the scent if it is very good to smell . I use it for removing the colours of holi and it's work very effectively to remove all the colours
