Supportive, Stylish, and Surprisingly Comfortable!
I’ve been wearing the Myshear support hose for a few weeks now, and they’ve completely changed how my legs feel by the end of the day. I spend long hours on my feet as a nurse, and by the time I get home, I used to feel heavy, achy, and swollen. These compression tights have made a *huge* difference. The 20-30 mmHg compression is just right—firm enough to give noticeable support, especially around my ankles and calves, but still comfortable to wear all day without feeling too tight or restrictive. The fabric is really smooth and breathable, and I love that they’re footless—it keeps things cooler and easier to pair with different shoes. What really stood out to me is how well they fit. The waistband stays in place without digging in, and the high waist adds a flattering, smoothing effect under clothes. They actually look good too—no more feeling like I’m wearing “medical” gear. I’ve worn them under scrubs and even with casual outfits on travel days, and they blend in perfectly. The quality feels great—sturdy seams, no rolling or sagging, and they hold up well in the wash. I appreciate the extra attention to the anti-tear design too, especially around the crotch area. No worries about embarrassing snags or rips here. If you deal with tired, achy legs, or just want some extra support during long days, these are a must. Honestly, I wish I had started wearing them sooner!

Solid compression tights with a few thoughtful details
TL;DR: Wearable compression tights: easier to get on, effective daily support, but no abdominal compression (important for POTS). Bonus—these have a tiny tag for size ID. Why I bought these: I rely on daily compression for circulation support (I have POTS, so that’s extra important). Most hose are a nightmare: too hot, too hard to pull on, and they stop at the thigh crease—forcing me to layer with an abdominal binder. Fit & Wear: - Compression level: Feels like 20–30 mmHg. Technically I need 30–40 mmHg, but these strike the balance of effectiveness + actually being wearable. - Footless design: Crucial for people like me who overheat easily. - Donning (putting on): Comparable to other compression hose—still a workout. Pro tip: use grip gloves. My method: start bare-handed, roll to the ankle, work them up evenly left/right to the thighs, then use gloves to smooth wrinkles (especially behind knees and under the glutes). - Daily use: I put them on in the morning and take them off at night. Sagging (normal for compression tights): Like all graduated compression hose, these creep toward the ankles during the day. It’s not a defect—it’s gravity plus the way the compression is distributed. My workaround: I keep grip gloves in my bag and give them a quick pull-up every bathroom break. Comfort & Design Details - Waistband: Elastic, not silicone—good news for sensitive skin. - Tag: Tiny tag with the size printed on it. It can be removed if you’re sensitive, but it’s helpful for identifying pairs in the drawer. - Brief area: No compression at the top—makes them easier to get on, but less helpful for POTS since abdominal compression is key. - Front seam: Probably uncomfortable for people with external genitalia. - Packaging: Mine arrived in a resealable bag that had clearly been opened. The hose themselves were clean and odor-free—not “factory fresh,” but definitely not used or worn. Bottom line: These tights do what they’re supposed to: reliable daily compression that’s wearable for hours. They aren’t perfect—no abdominal compression and some sagging—but they’re solid, practical, and thoughtfully made.

Kind of long for someone who is short especially if you are 5'2 and below...
I brought this as an alternative since the first one I brought was a miss. I initially brought the Beister with the same feature, footless compression stockings. But it wasn't compressive enough for me. It feels like a normal tights that you wear on the gym. You cannot feel the 20-30 mmHg as advertised. Anyway, this one was easy to put on as well so I had thoughts since Beister was like that as well. But as soon as I wore it, that's when I felt the compression. I'll be honest, the ones I brought back home were my standard and reference, it's from Burlington. I always had a hard time wearing it so for me that's how it should be. This can be my alternative if those are in the laundry. I think this can hold for multiple washes as well. One thing, the nude was way too light for me. I am fair skinned so I don't think I will wear this if I am wearing my A-line skirt. It's not sheer so take note of that. I am thinking of purchasing the full compression pantyhose next. I just have to check the durability of this first.

Very inexpensive item for good quality. Will be buying more
I had my wife give a quick review: "These compression tights provide excellent support without feeling overly tight or uncomfortable. The material is soft, breathable, and stays in place throughout the day without rolling down. They're easy to put on compared to other compression garments I've tried, and the footless design is a nice bonus. Great quality for the price, and I'd definitely buy them again."

Sizing is small
The quality of these tights are good and they're comfortable. The sizing is on the small side. I am an XL to 2X amd I had to order a 4X which fit. I started with an XL too small, 3X still too small 4X finally fit.

PANTIES IN A BUNCH
I WAS PLEASED WITH THE PRICE AND SHIPPING TIME. THE ACTUAL TIGHTS UPON TAKING OUT OF THE PACKAGE WAS GOOD ALSO..NO FOUL SMELL AND I COULD FEEL THE TIGHTNESS WHEN STRETCHING BY HAND. MY PROBLEM CAME WHEN ACTUALLY PUTTING THE TIGHTS ON! I WORE PLASTIC GLOVES TO HELP WITH PULLING THEM UP (LEARNED FROM EXPERIENCE) AND WHEN I FINALLY GOT THEM UP AND SAT DOWN THE PANTY PART ROLLED RIGHT ON DOWN! THEY DO NOT STAY UP...SOOOO UNCOMFORTABLE....I KEPT THEM ON FOR AS LONG AS I COULD TAKE IT AND THE LEG PART ACTUALLY FELT GREAT...BUT THE PANTY PART :( NO SO GREAT... AND I ORDERED A 4XL SO I CANT EVEN ORDER A LARGER SIZE!!!!!

Good compression
If you’re looking for good compression, I highly recommend these! They may feel a little snug at first, but once you have them on, they feel great and provide excellent support.

Perfect for my event
I bought them to wear instead of pantyhose for a wedding. As mother of the groom, I found these compression tights so comfortable I was able to celebrate my son's big day without feeling pinched in all the wrong places! Footless allowed me to wear open toed sandals while the compression allowed me to dance all night long without swelling up by the end of the evening. Definitely buying these again when the first pair wears out

Good
These are very good compression, similar to my prescription pair - I followed everyone’s suggestions and ordered a size up but probably should’ve ordered 2 sizes up. For the great price I’m going to just order another pair and keep the small pair for someday when I maybe lose a little weight.
