Peppermint Oil Insect & Pest Control Spray – 16oz Natural Plant-Based Bug Killer for Spiders, Ants, Flies, and Other Insects, Safe for Home & Kitchen Use

Love using peppermint oil based insect deterrent sprays (it’s not an insecticide so doesn’t kill them), because it doesn’t harm my pets nor chase away the bees (don’t spray directly onto flower heads). I used this product indoors and out recently, particularly outdoors before mowing grass, because the ants attack me and bite my ankles, get in my shoes, climb up & bite my lower legs. This product has stopped most of that completely. I spray ant mounds & little bit around the outside area of the mound, about 15-30 minutes before I mow. I don’t spray the whole yard typically unless I buy the bigger version with a water hose sprayer nozzle attached as my yard is very large. Be aware if you water or get rain, it needs to be reapplied to the grass. I also spray on my cement patio. I particularly like using this in the house as it smells pleasantly and does very well deterring ants, other insects, and I haven’t had any ants in the house this spring or early summer. Please note it will make a flood slippery with the oils, so be careful where you spray and clean up residue that gets anywhere on the floor where you walk and could slip. I do baseboards, under fridge/stove, doors leading outside, on the OUTSIDE of the door, not inside as an example.

This is awesome! I absolutely love and recommend this product. It smells fantastic with an easy to use spray method. My pets are not bothered by the lovely mint smell. And most of all it works to keep the bugs away. Thanks Sharaytiff

Actually works instantly. I really like this product. Works on any insect/ bugs I have tried on. But does not get rid of the source so the ants kept coming back.

In terms of dealing with the overall issue, not effective. You have to use this with other means (Advion, Raid, Traps, etc...) But it does work. It can work as an instant roach killer too but just be mindful of the cost. There were some moments I saw red when I saw a roach after moving in and this was nearby and it does kill them. Probably by suffocation. But I will admit, I've created my own concoction and even after filling the empty bottle of this with my own brew, I've noticed the bottle does empty quickly. This speaks nothing on the product itself, just for value, I would recommend buying oils (peppermint and clove in my case), and mixing it yourself. $18 for a bottle of this stuff is crazy. But maybe it's more effective, I just rather save money when I'm already going through it. ;-; But I would definitely recommend this product in ADDITION to other more sure-fire ways of dealing with a roach infestation.

Smells great and works great repelling unwelcome pests

This was introduced to my mom by a gardener. After the first purchase of 2 bottles, she reported that the lizards disappeared - not died- and did not show themselves again in that area for 3 weeks. The second purchase of 4 bottles was for herself and 3 sisters so I guess it works to repel lizards. My turn next.

Smell great don’t really know about it’s effectiveness yet But the reason I gave it 3 stars is because the sprayer never worked from the time I opened it up. So I ended up pouring it into a separate spray bottle. I was going to try and make a return but I’ve already used some of the product.

Based on current results, the spray appears to keep the spiders away from my patio chars, including black widows. Here in Arizona, we always are battling them. So far, so good!
