This is a great probiotic. Have suffered with ibs for years now, mornings were always a nightmare for me with stomach cramps and rushing to the loo frequently. I have been taking one a day for the past few months now and I have certainly noticed a great difference, no more stomach cramps or rushing to the loo. I wouldn't be without these now as they have made a huge difference. I take the one tablet after my main meal of the day. I would certainly recommend trying these, hope they work for you too

Helps the gut
After antibiotics Ifor a utility, 3 weeks later my gut had gone ditzy. GP zero help or advice so I did my own research. I needed restocking my poor gut with friendly microbes, yeast in this case. I also bought Optibac mix with Lactobacillus. It's helped. Both are good quality and research backed.
