These cameras have worked the best for us. We bought extra so we had a couple that were our travel camera monitors. Very easy to pair with the monitor and so beneficial for multi room monitoring. The picture is clear, can hear everything well. Zoom works great and is like 6 times the OG view. Plus we travel with these all the time and place them in bags/slumber pods. Have not had one stop working in 4 + years.

Updated review: 4 Stars: Since the original review was left Babysense reached out and offered to refund the purchase and send us a new one. So reaching out to customer service on our own didn't get such great results but apparently leaving an honest review of the issues helped. So decent customer service but would have been nicer if they would have done something about it the first time when we reached out instead of only after getting a poor review. Original Review: 2 Stars: This was purchased to replace our original camera that started making the squealing electrical noise after less than 2 years and its garbage compared to the original. Doesn't look the same as far as the camera itself goes and its more zoomed in and grainy. Also just had our second camera start making the screeching noise now as well and don't want to purchase another one of these if they aren't even the same quality as the original camera. Contacted support at Babysense and they weren't helpful about this camera being different at all. Only offered a discount to buy more through their website. So just know these seem to not be built to last more than 1-2 years either so you'll be replacing cameras often and with crappier quality apparently.

My monitor went out after almost 3 years and I needed just the camera replaced. I was able to get this overnight and it was so easy to install and connect to the parent part I already had. It was a great price and I was so happy to not have to replace the whole thing. I recommend this monitor to every new mom I know

I love this baby monitor I can have 2 cameras in different rooms with just one main screen. Cameras can adjust and picture quality is awesome. I can have two grandbabies sleeping and still get things done.

EDIT - I contacted the seller on their website, and their customer service was amazing. They sent a full refund and a new camera, all within 3 days. Thank you!!! Just purchased 3 weeks ago. Speaker already broke - the sound is grainy and I can’t hear my child.
