Overheats and causes Windows crashes.
Overheats and causes Windows crashes. Support told me to make sure to cool it. It's an external device and I used it in 69 degrees F room.

Cannot install drivers under windows 11 pro latest version. Very disappointed !REQUEST TSB to act on this ! Runs well under widows 10.
