Poor quality. Delayed shipment. Payment taken a week after order?

I was expecting better quality. This mat arrived crease damaged. The shipment was also delayed, then delayed again, and again. The payment wasn't taken at the time of order (odd?) and then payment came out of my bank a week and a bit later (odd/ scammy)
