Very Good Seeds
Very good product. I use these seeds for micro greens. The germination rate has been extremely good and these are definitely fast-growing plants. Well pleased with this seed and will purchase again.

Cook fast, great week night choice when you want to get something on the table quickly
I have been experimenting with different kinds of beans. I decided to try the whole bean form of moong dal for the fiber and also because I wanted to see if they held up better in my dishes. Moong dal turns to mush, tasty but not the result I was looking for. One thing about Mung beans is they cook really fast (around 20 minutes) compared to other peas, lentils, and beans, which makes them a good choice when you want to get something on the table in a reasonable time on a week night. Flavor them as you would any other legume. Make yourself happy.

Sprouts Very Well
Excellent quality..Sprout very nicely. I soak for 6-8 hours then rinse a few times..I let sit overnight tilted then rinse again a few times in the morning then by evening I dry off on a paper towel and store in fridge..All the beans have sprouted for me.

Tasty, But Have Not Been Able To Get Sprouted
Very good when cooked, but having a time trying to sprout. These Mung Beans are sweet in flavor and good when cooked up and added to a salad with quinoa etc. However, I have tried to sprout these beans twice and failed each time. I would say it is me, but I have sprouted mung beans before and not had a problem. I don't know if it is the bean or me, but some will sprout and others just get soft with a tiny sprout that doesn't grow. Since they do get soft and tasty, I still used them, but was hoping for sprouts to use in stir fry. Am going to try a third method I hope will help sprout these beans, otherwise will go back to a brand I know will sprout, but more expensive.
