Tactical Airsoft Paintball MICH 2000 Helmet with Side Rail & NVG Mount

It fits my very large head quite well (7 - 1/2+) - not sure how it would work for smaller sized noggin's since there weren't any more pads in the bag. Once the straps are adjusted, very stable and authentic looking. Great finish on the exterior - more of a lightly textured flat black than shiny - really doesn't need a cover unless you're worried about scratches. While some may like gobs of velcro all over the helmet, this one is overkill when it comes to the loop patches. These patches are fairly easy to remove though, with a bit of elbow grease. Any remaining adhesive is also easily removed by repeatedly re-sticking the removed velcro patch as needed until whatever is left on the helmet is gone, leaving a normal finish. Overall I'm super happy with this helmet, and would buy another without question. And I might!

As a teen girl who is trying to make a military cosplay, it's pretty decent, and seems like it would hold up to airsoft battles / games.., Pros : High quality, and is adjustable to some measure, the helmet is a hard dense plastic yet is decently light-weight, has side and middle mount for attachments (unsure if they work,) padding inside which comforts but also supports head, no loose screws or parts, stays decent on head, and lots of Velcro spots for patches! Cons : Inside the helmet, the padding is attached by adhesive Velcro, and one of the foams came off and stuck to another, forcing me to rip it out due to improper fit but after i got it off it was fine, a little TOO much Velcro aka on the top of the helmet, not sure why you need Velcro up there but it kind of takes away from the look, buckle to secure helmet on head is a little tight so might need to make it pretty loose to feel decent on you. Overall, good for the money, and looks tactical and sturdy, but just be aware the padding inside might move around during shipping so you can just move it back or just remove it in general. Love it though, the packaging was super well thought and secured and free patch!

Very happy with this helmet. Been playing airsoft for a while now and this is a life saver. It never fails that I end up taking at least one shot to the forehead(and man is that my least favorite hit, hurts and blisters every time). This fits great even on my big head, and is surprisingly comfortable. Played an 8 hour game with it and it never caused me any problems. Now the build is a little thinner than some other helmets I've seen and I'm not sure how comfortable I'd feel mounting anything expensive onto it, but it is sturdy enough to take a hit from an 450fps SCAR at about 20 feet, so it gets a pass in my book. To put is simply for a $30 helmet you can't go wrong with this one. A great value for the price.

This helmet is very comfortable to wear, completely adjustable, good coverage for ears, great price. I don't know if it is the paint or if it's lesser quality plastic for the rails, but they are very tight to attach anything to, it took a surprising amount of physical force to slide anything into them.

The main gripe I have about this helmet is that it's OD Green on the outside, but black on the inside. So....is one side, the green side, just paint? I've already replaced the padding and chinstrap (which were ok, but pretty basic) with upgraded versions, turning this into a pretty decent bump helmet. I've had experience with painting industrial hard hats made with abs plastic and it never worked very well as the paint always scraped off pretty easily. Hopefully, if this is just paint, they have a better process to get it to stick better. I guess I'll find out.

Good fit, comfortable , solid but light weight

The helmet is awesome. It’s better than I expected. Pretty thick and not that light, and fits perfect. Careful though the Mich 2002 has ear flaps that hinders some attachments. I bought the same brand atairsofts, face mask that attaches and it wont scoot back because of the ear flap. Which sucks cause I really wanted it to work out. Instead I have to use the face masks natural straps and not the helmets locks. Overall I’d say worth it, maybe get the mich 2000 or 2001 if you don’t want to worry about attachments.

This is a well made helmet, it's perfect for paintball, the Quilty is amazing it's light too.
