Very Well designed and Sturdy! The Seat is also wide and comfortable. When I built the Walker I noticed how well made and designed it was. No regrets. The storage under the Seat is a big bonus. It makes going out so convenient when you want to store items that would otherwise be left in the car. Etc. I’ve had other walkers. And this one is my favorite.. Its a little heavier than some. But you get a much more stable Walker that is more comfortable to sit down on for breaks. Sure, If you will not use the seat often. Get a lighter framed Walker. But if you are heavier set. Or will use the Walker’s seat often. This Walker is ideal.

I was a little worried when I ordered this rollator, because it was considerably less expensive than others with the same features. In this case, though, "you get what you pay for" turned out to be wrong. I've had this for almost a year now, and it's a wonderful, sturdy, useful piece of equipment. Unfortunately, the rollator's removable back rest stayed behind in a Lyft vehicle this week, after the driver stowed it in the cargo area. When I got out of the vehicle, and he brought the Rollator around to me, the seat was up and I didn't notice the back rest was gone until the driver had pulled away. Despite my texting and chatting for hours with the driver and Lyft customer support, the backrest appears to be a permanent goner. I was really sorry, because this Rollator has been such a help for me, and the back rest is so useful for draping things over to transport them from place to place. So, this morning I called Homland customer support, actually not expecting much, since it often seems that replacement parts cost almost as much as the whole original item itself. The customer supportturned out to be an extremely nice young fellow named Aaron, based here in the US. He immediately said they'd send out a replacement backrest - for free! I use this Rollator all the time, indoors and when I go out, and it's held up so well this year that I expect to be using it for many years to come – it looks and operates just like new. If I ever do need to replace it, after this experience with their customer service, it will be another Homland!

I love my Homland walker and it has provided me the freedom and stability to take my walks around the neighborhood without worrying about falling. Recently my front wheels were not functioning correctly and I noticed the screws had fallen out, I must not have tightened them enough when I assembled the walker. I was able to find my paperwork and called the number provided. Chelsea answered the phone and was very polite and helpful. See is sending me new screws without it being a hassle to me. It’s nice to see that some companies still have excellent customer service. Thank you Chelsea.

I love this walker! I have severe back pain, and this walker allows me to walk a while, but when I need a break I just turn around, and sit down.

I ordered this walker for my mom. I will say overall it was simple to put together, easy to fold and transport and the weight capacity works for her. When I had issues recently because she uses it so much, I called support and Aaron assisted me, I was so shocked how efficient it was to replace her current walker! This was beyond helpful especially being the only person that cares for her in the family! Thank you HOMELAND!
