I'm completely content!
works as advertised, got exactly what I expected. I watched several YouTube videos before purchasing(I suggest you do the same so you know what to expect) I've been using lightburn for the last few years now and I was off and going within 10 or 15 minutes of opening the box! Don't forget to remove the tape from the limit switches on the underside.

Good for a beginner
Great startup laser machine. Had to do some trial and error before getting the hang of it, but turned out to be a great first Laser Engraver.

Does it all
I'm a first time user of these devices and I really like this model. It seems to be able to do everything I want to do with it at this point. The company ACMER has been very responsive to questions and they have an active social media group.
