Buckwheat, a grain-like seed unrelated to wheat is naturally gluten-free. The facility process soba/buckwheat products, no wheat/barley. Our Soba is made of pure, plain Tartary Buckwheat grown in Hokkaido, Japan, roasted to perfection.
