It's nothing much! It says it will remove debris or water but....it actually it's not strong enough to suction out anything. Of course I understand it couldn't be strong enough or it may damage the ear.

Can't use it because instructions are in Chinese and I am American speaking English. I am afraid to use it without instructions. Can't return because the packaging was destroyed in shipment.

This is great ear cleaner,very easy to use,it has very little fan inside,can take dirty things from the ear.

Doesn't work at all! Tried new batteries, but no use!
