The media could not be loaded.  I just got this a couple of days ago, but it has been tested many times (verified by our Wyze motion-activated cameras that went on for rabbits and deer at least a dozen times each night). It seems to work very well. It is nice and bright. It feels solid and like it is decent quality.It seems to take a while to see something coming in, or perhaps the tree next to the camera is stopping it from going on earlier. Then again, it just may be my camera takes a second to realize it should start recording the motion. In looking at Wyze videos with other light (I have some solar lights that go off after a couple of hours this time of the year), it seems like the rabbits/deer need to get within 10 feet or so before the camera triggers. Again, the tree may be blocking it a little.I didn't want to drill holes in our new siding, so I used zip ties to attach it to a plant trellis next to our garage. I will likely have to adjust the angle a little, but it seemed to charge O.K. at the current, slightly tilted, angle. Perhaps at a straighter angle it will charge better on overcast days and not be triggered as much by the rabbits (I had no idea there were so many rabbits out there!)The instructions tell you that pushing the button different numbers of times switches the way light works (always on, on bright with action, then dimmer, etc.). I wanted on with activity and then off. It took me a few tries to get it to work that way, but, as the security film showed, it did eventually work the way I wanted.I don't expect it to work all night when we don't have enough sun to fully charge it, but it seems to do just fine for our occasional use.I am very happy with this and might get another for the other side of the garage.

This light is super easy to install with the two screws that are provided. They even include a small cardboard template to use when drilling the screw holes. It worked perfectly. I took my time and had this light installed in less than 10 minutes. It doesn’t feel flimsy or cheaply made. I selected the mode on the light that kept it on during darkness. This lower setting lit the area up pretty well. When I triggered the motion sensor, it switched to the bright setting and it really lit up the area. I checked it several times throughout the night and it was on each time. It never looked like it ever dimmed at all. This morning the light went off when the sun started to come up. I did a lot of research on the many different solar lights out there. I’m glad I decided on this one and would definitely recommend buying it. If I need another solar light, I’ll save myself a lot of time and buy it again. I purchased the white light model.

Wow..wish I bought this 5 yrs ago!I purchased this product a week ago.I'm a 68 yr old grandma and my 18 yr old granddaughter lives with me.She works some nights and goes to college during the days. I wanted the deck to light up for her, live in the country never know when a skunk or raccoon comes to visit.I was doing my research on solor lights...when I came across this one.It took me no time at all to figure out the steps and what stage I wanted to leave the lights on. The screws that came with it were very short. Not a problem I wanted to make sure I had stainless steel and 2.5 in screws so a trip to lowes settled that. As you can see by the pictures. The light it gives out is more then enough and lights up the stairs etc. When I drive in the light turns on, very convenient and safe. Easy to install... a ladder, tape measure,level, screw gun and 2 screws.I will be ordering another for in front of my french doors. They are not only functional but attractive.A satisfied customer !JudiJust recieved my second one 👍

We needed a light by the shop entrance. Nothing intense or overbearing. Just something to light it up so you can get keys and unlock doors. Help light the way in/out in the evenings.We were just sampling the idea of solar motion lights. I am rather impressed with this light. It’s not super bright nor too dim. Literally exactly what we were needing. Absolutely love the range of motion with this light as well.The issue we were running into prior was we forgot to turn and leave the outdoor lights on. When it’s pitch black, the kids refused to go to the shop. Even I didn’t enjoy the walk to the shop at night. We live in an extremely rural area and at night it IS dark!After a week of testing, we are going to upgrade the dog yard area to this light as well. This light will allow me to watch the activities of the dogs if needed.Might add one of these lights out at the garage too. Again, I constantly forget to turn on the lights and usually end up in the dark! This light solves all the issues for me being forgetful!

Has an internal battery with a short life span. Battery is rechargeable. You have to literally disassemble the device, take out the battery, charge it, and put it back in. Inconvenient. Has a lot of screws. Light is in a high place on an outside wall. Have to do a lot of ladder work. Am replacing with with a much better solar light this weekend.

My wife is a school teacher and must leave the house every morning at 6:30 am and it's still quite dark then. I bought a cheap set of lights that only had one mode. They were dim all night and got bright when detecting motion. They had too small a battery, so they were dead by morning when she went to school. Very highly recommended !
