Very sturdy baby and parent monitor. Easy to pair both devices. Options are very self-explanatory and can easily be worked out. Quality of the picture is really good. I like the functionality of it all and the ability to save three other cameras to the device. Plus, being able to split the screen if you have more than one camera. Love the large screen and the fact that you can charge up the parent monitor then use it wirelessly elsewhere. I can see huge benefits for parents and pet owners. As far as I’m aware the device doesn’t have an SD card slot or able to capture videos or photos but it does have a scan function which I haven’t totally worked out yet. The baby/pet monitor does not have motion or sound sensors, you move the camera yourself from the parent monitor. It’s very silent you can’t hear it move. It has a two way microphone which is very handy and a small playlist with soothing music for both babies and pets. A short press on the on/off button will put the device into sleep mode and an equally short press will bring the screen back up again. A long press will close the device. Really happy with the baby/pet cam. so far no negative comments. Would highly recommend. Update: Recently purchased the single baby camera with 5 inch monitor enabling the person to view on their mobile phone or the 5 inch monitor or both. I have two cameras on my phone vis the App now which is really handy. The settings are very user-friendly. It took me no time at all to change the preferences to suit my needs. It is a good quality product and doesn’t look cheap. I’ve been so impressed by these cameras that my family have them in their property now. This is definitely a must have for parents. These days a lot of people work from home as I do. It’s nice to be able to view your loved ones on the monitor. If you are in any doubt as to whether this camera would be of use to you take my word, buy it, you won’t be disappointed.

Been using this baby monitor for a few days now and honestly, it does the job pretty well. The picture is clear enough to see our baby sleeping, moving around, or fussing. Even at night, the auto night vision kicks in and you can still see everything clearly without needing any light in the room. The sound comes through clear and the VOX mode is a nice feature—we don’t need the screen on all the time, it only lights up when the baby makes noise. That helps save battery, which lasts a good while. We get a full night on a single charge easy, even with some camera movement and audio. The remote pan and tilt is smooth and quiet, which is important if the baby is sleeping lightly. No WiFi is actually a plus for us. We didn’t want anything that connects to the internet, just something that works right out of the box and stays private. This one does just that—plug it in, pair it up, and it’s good to go. No weird app permissions or updates to deal with. It also comes with lullabies and white noise built in. We didn’t think we’d use those much, but turns out the white noise helps settle the baby down at times. Didn’t expect that to be useful, but it’s a nice bonus. Overall, feels solid and reliable so far. Simple, private, and works without a lot of setup or nonsense. For the price and features, we’re happy with it.

The screen freezes so you have no idea whats going on with your baby. You think shes asleep, because the image on the screen is from earlier in the night. Then you realise shes been screaming and you have no idea how long for. This has happened multiple times.

Really pleased with this monitor. The screen is huge and you cam zoom in to see baby up close. The definition is so good you can see baby breathing. Really good function is to be able to move the camera around to see different areas of the cot or room. My only negative is the camera gets very hot. Not sure if it should. I asked a couple of people I know with the same monitor and they said the same so I feel it must be normal and safe.

The image and sound quality can improve. Zoom feature needs improvment Slightly too expensive for what it is. Overall Its a lovely camera and monitor for your basic needs, easily the best and quickest installation process I have gone through. Its slightly too much for what it is but it will do the job.

I ordered this product a while back while i only had one child and now needed another camera for my 2ns, the company was nice enough to allow me to purchase both but refund me for the extra monitor Amazing customer service. The package containing the Comfyer baby monitor arrived quickly, safely, and was packaged securely. Each item contained within the main box was sorted into their own individual boxes and wrapped either in a plastic or Styrofoam type bag to ensure that the items were not scratched or damaged during transport. Besides the main components of the monitor (parent unit), camera (baby unit), and charging cables it also included an instruction manual and the necessary parts for the camera to be mounted, if desired. My order was for the single camera monitor, so it did not include the silicone bracket, which is included in the two camera monitor, and I can not speak on the performance of that function or the split screen performance when using more than one baby unit at a time. The instructional manual includes all the necessary safety and user information laid out in a simple, easy to read format and in multiple languages, but using the monitor is very intuitive. As instructed, I charged the parent unit upon opening. To achieve full charge of the parent unit was very quick, so I was able to start using the product right away, and battery life has had great longevity. The screen on the parent unit is an impressively large size, making it great for having a large FOV that makes monitoring immersive and allows it to be portable without easily misplacing it. The image resolution is very clear and crisp, even in night mode, and the colour saturation is true to life. As far as the VOX sensitivity level, I felt that it accurately estimated the noise volume and would start operating when it detected a noise. While the instruction manual states that you can manually resume monitoring when the VOX function is on by briefly pressing any button on the parent unit, I find this feature seems to experience a delay in responsiveness when taking it out of activation the longer the unit has been in this mode, but it consistently responds manually to a quick press of the power button. Also to note, when selecting the VOX button the title for the tip box is "Schlafmodus", which means "Sleep Mode" in German. While changing the language setting will switch the parent unit to your target language, it does not seem to affect this particular aspect. I have included a picture to display what I have mentioned here. Since these issues don't seem to negatively effect operation of the unit in any significant way though, I didn't contact customer support to inquire further about this matter. My child is old enough to provide their own feedback and they stated that the music box audio and bird audio options were pleasant to listen to, but that they personally found the ocean and white noise options too loud (even on the lowest volume setting) and static-y sounding to enjoy. Your child(ren) may have their own responsiveness, so please test it out with your own child(ren) prior to using it for sleeping purposes to ensure preference suitability. In the future, I would recommend Comfyer to include audio tracks samples in their listing for this product. Besides visual monitoring, the two-way talk function is probably the most used function for us. Overall the audio works great. We are able to hear and understand each other accurately and clearly; although there is a very slight delay from the time when the talk button is released and when audio can resume being transmitted from the baby monitor. Also, audio can not be transmitted at all when the baby monitor view is being adjusted with pan or tilt movement but will automatically resume once movement is ceased. The temperature alert accurately monitors the room temperature and alerts. I also appreciate that it isn't necessary for the product to connect to WiFi to be operational. Not being required to connect to WiFi means that not only is the monitor able to be a true "plug and play" type of experience but that it also acts as a safety feature so I don't have to worry about the monitor being hacked. As far as the value, the product is made with quality construction, so even though the actual cost is budget friendly it doesn't feel cheaply made at all. I have previously owned other monitors from well-known brands and I wish this monitor had existed when my child was younger, since to date I feel that the Comfyer monitor surpasses them in all aspects. I'm actually happier owning a Comyer monitor now in comparison than the monitors I owned in the past, even though we are at an age and developemntal stage where a monitor is less "necessary" and more for convenience sake. Furthermore, I own another Comfyer product and their customer service has been friendly and helpful whenever I have reached out with inquiries in the past, so I'm confident that if I ever needed assistance for this product in the future that I would be satisfied with their support. Overall, I highly recommend the Comfyer monitor to other caregivers! I am thrilled with my purchase as it exceeded my expectations and it has all the features that are important to a caregiver's peace of mind and a child's safety and comfort.
