Beautiful pattern
Beautiful bright colors, soft scarf that will help keep you warm. Plenty long and wide, just lovely! This is a classic accessory that you'll find many uses for. I bought many of these pashminas this year for gifts. This particular version of the scarf had a slight "hay-like" odor & this scarf wasn't quite as soft as the others. The pattern however, is just GORGEOUS soo... I hand washed the scarf and rinsed with a little fabric softener for scent. It's fine now, the scent is gone & it isn't itchy which is really important for anything worn around your neck. :) These pashminas are great for the days you can't be bothered with more than jeans, boots & a black shirt. This pashmina & earrings change a boring outfit into something chic.

Lovely Wrap
The scarf is lovely. I read all the other reviews about whether it really is or isn't pashmina and I'll tell you, for the price, I don't really care! The pashmina label is on it and you get a lovely wrap for less than $13! My only warning is to be cautious about the color. I expected mine to be more turquoise and when it came it was quite green. I sent it back (no problems) and got another that appeared too blue online but was just perfect when it arrived. That is not the product's fault -- it's hard to get true colors on the computer. I'll happily wear mine to the wedding I purchased it for!

That'sa WRAP!
It was an "iffy" when I saw the A/Zon Ad on my i-Pad Air's RETINA Display. But, ordered it I did and glad I am. Colors: Much richer "in person". The fabric, pliable with a lush feel. I am a Guy guy. I wear it as a Neck Scarf. Length is GOOD and it's not too bulky, even with several longwise folds. Why 4 Stars & not 5? There was a pulled thread which I could not fully reclaim - so: Scissors and some surgery. I've received several compliments... from the Ladies. Some, a little too much - - Sorta, Kinda tried to "Borrow" it. Hmmm, Good Intel., methinks - saved me $$'s in NOT having a useless date. Net/net (& sadly): the scarf has already more than paid for itself! A Bonus!!

I really enjoy this pashmina
I really enjoy this pashmina, but I think it is a little different than described. The material is thick and has a slightly woolly feel. The pattern is elegant and the colors are a little more subdued than in the photo. There is no sheen at all to this one. With that being said i still really like it. It is very warm and is definitely your friend in cool weather.

The tag sewn in the hem says 100% polyester!
The product I received is not what was advertised. The product looks like the picture -- however, it is made of a different material than was stated in the ad. The ad said material: 55% pashmina, 45% silk. When the actual shawl arrived, there were 2 tags on it. One was sewn in the hem and it said 100% polyester. There was another tag which was a sticker affixed in a prominent spot that said 55% pashmina 45% silk. One would logically assume that the tag sewn into the shawl reflects the true fabric, which would be the 100% polyester. This is a polyester shawl, not a pashmina/silk blend shawl. It is nice and soft, but is not what was described. It also came with a flaw in the design (it looks kind of like a pull stretching the whole width of the scarf). I ordered the BW color. The sewn in tag also says the scarf was made in China. The sticker tag does not state a place of origin.

For BK(SPARKLING) Rich Rust Color and Pretty Soft Despite Gold Threads
I had lost a shawl similar to this at a local fair and had been looking for a replacement ever since-the pattern is just as seen in the picture. It's definitely not pashmina (probably viscose like my other shawl), but in spite of the abundant gold weave is pretty soft, and the slight scratchiness of the gold thread makes it feel warm. Maybe 'triplelayer' means the three colors of rayon thread used (black, rust and suede in this particular style), but it's a relatively thin scarf, although it has been warm enough to substitute for a light coat in the recent 60-degree weather. One side has the majority of the gold weave (I fold over this as it's TOO itchy), and the other is the rich rust color with sparkles of gold peeking out between the colored threads. It does get itchy on my bare skin, but when it's cold that doesn't matter much. It's hard to beat the price but you may want to look elsewhere if somewhat scratchy gold thread tends to irritate your skin.

serves its purpose
these were very inexpensive and it shows. The material frays easily and it is very thin. These were super inexpensive and it shows. BUT, it serves a purpose for a pretty shoulder warmer.

Amazing!
I forgot to review this item when I bought it, but it's probably the prettiest shawl I bought on amazon so far. The shawl itself is a little more darker than the picture, more like a royal blue and dark red. But, it's still gorgeous, and the reverse side is gold and blue, very pretty. It's also a tad thin, if you like that. It's also not pashmina and silk, more like viscose or rayon. I can't find the tag right now but I promise it's not haha. Some of them can come with the pasmina tag and say ""pasmina x% silk x%" but then have another tag on it that will say viscose, which is the real tag.Highly recommend this shawl.
