Adequate for a kid’s costume
It’s about what I expected. Part of the strap broke pretty quickly when played with, but it worked fine for a kid’s circus ringmaster costume. I’d rather none of it broke, but it served its purpose.

Left the appropriate welts :)
I would have been happier and given a five star rating if the top had been more supple and not needed broken in, but having said that, breaking it in was fun all in and of itself.
