Missing parts VERY long assembly time.
Great customer care, even though there was issues with hardware missing them more than took care of it.

Very difficult to assemble. Quality is good.

Incorrect Illustration/Part Label & No Equipment to Connect Top & Bottom
Looks nice and is pretty big but there was no proper way to connect the top and bottom. Had to go to the auto parts store and find nuts and bolts to make it safe, since you are just given 8 bolts that are too short and not wide enough. Also, with nothing for them to connect to if they were able to reach through both pieces. Also spent almost an hour trying to get parts 22 and 23 flush for the bottom half, just removing and installing pieces thinking it was an error on my end. The illustration for that step was incorrect and had the pieces swapped. A couple other pieces weren’t numbered but that wasn’t really a big deal.

Missing and wrong parts!!
Directions are wrong, parts are labeled incorrectly, side panels look like they were drilled wrong, then filled in and painted with the wrong paint. The way to connect the top to the bottom was missing. Customer service was a joke, no resolution and would cost too much to take apart and send back. Not happy at all and would not recommend!!!!

Top isn’t sturdy - not connected
The top doesn’t actually connect well at all. I would not buy this. I would return it but taking it apart would take forever. Putting it together took at least 6 hours with 2 people.
