Brilliant for added immersion racing and also good with movies
I use this underneath my Andaseat PC chair mainly for racing games with Simhub to add immersion but I've also got it added to voicemeeter banana software to liven up movies when watching on my PC. It's perfect for racing games and flight sims, I wouldn't want to race without it now as I've got used to feeling the rumble strips and roads underneath me while I'm in VR driving on a direct drive wheel. The immersion is unreal and makes sim racing a whole lot better! Never had any issues, it's well made and does what it's supposed to. Had for around 6 months now and seems like it'll last for years.

Perfect for sim rigs, Game-Changer for Sim Racing: Unbeatable Immersion and Value!
I installed these bass shakers on my sim rig for extra tactile feedback, and they have completely transformed my experience. If you're running SimHub, stop scrolling and buy these. Installation and Setup I connected these to a small mini-amp running SimHub on my laptop. The laptop connects to my PS5 via Wi-Fi (a common setup for console users), and the feedback is instantaneous and powerful. I mounted them strategically: One screwed directly to the bottom of my racing seat. One mounted to the pedal base plate. Performance & Immersion The difference is night and day. You don't just hear the engine, you feel it through your entire body. SimHub allows you to customize the frequencies, giving you specific cues for: Road Texture (feeling the rumble strips and gravel) Gear Shifts (a satisfying mechanical clunk) Understeer/Oversteer (vibrations that warn you when you lose traction) Engine RPM The immersion is absolutely next-level, especially when combined with a VR headset. Value for Money I did extensive research, and these consistently came up as the superior budget option compared to more expensive, branded shakers. They handle the low frequencies and powerful output without issue. Conclusion: For the price, this is the single best immersion upgrade you can buy after a decent wheel. Highly, highly recommend these to any serious sim racer!

Next level bass
Quality item from Dayton. Wired up to a small sub amp and fed by my 7.1 AVR (making it a 7.2) this reveals an extra level of bass in movies that my normal sub can't quite reach. Almost subsonic!

Zip ties!
I was hesitant to buy one simply because I didn't think I had any way to mount it to my computer chair. Everyone says you need to mount it to a solid flat surface, but my chair does not have anything like that. I found one person who said they used zip ties to attach it, so I had a feel around inside my chair and found that it's structure is made up of thin but sturdy metal bars and decided to take the risk on a purchase. When it arrived I did a hack job of slicing open the back of the chair and used some tiny zip ties that had shipped with my PC case and it works, it works brilliantly. I feel the vibration through my torso into my head down to my upper legs. It's great for all music but especially Drum and Bass, it's great for movies and video games, sometimes there is bass that is barely audible, but with this you will feel it. An example of that is the Revelations: Persona opening, you can find it on Youtube, and it adds a layer of suspense that you cannot hear. I'm using my single BST-1 connected with 14 gauge speaker wire to a Nobsound NS-01G Pro which I also used zip ties to attach to the arms of my chair so I can easily control the intensity. I think a single BST-1 is enough for a computer chair.

Love it, be prepared to want even more after you try it
Used this as a single shaker under an office chair for sim racing, I love it so much and I if you turn it off it just immediately feels wrong now, just like if you lose FFB in your wheel. Now I want to get some TT25's for my pedals as it now feels so noticeable not having any feedback there when it's everywhere else.

A game changer in any home theatre setup
I have had a pair of these installed in my sofa ( actually, more of just stuffing them in the cushions) for well over a year now and I haven't looked back since. All you need to hook these up to a small, inexpensive bass amp and you connect that amp to the bass output of your AV receiver. Tune the bass levels according to taste and you are good to go. Some people will tell you that a good bass(from a subwoofer) setup in any home theatre should be felt and not heard. These bass shakers will complement your setup no matter how good your subwoofer is. It just completes the LFE setup. Every shot or explosion is felt, giving a more realistic experience. On the end of the spectrum, if you don't want to create unnecessary friction with your neighbors, you can watch your movies with the volume down and the bass shakers cranked up. This gives you the experience minus the overpowering volume of your setup and without waking up your neighbors. Of course, there's gotta be a downside right? If not tuned properly, the bass from the soundtrack can be felt and can make the entire movie watching less realistic. Especially if you are reaally particular, time is needed to tune the bass levels for these shakers. All in all, they are relatively affordable ( watch for price drops especially here in amazon) but a good investment to better up your home theatre.

Game Changer for Sim Racing – Total Immersion with 5 Shakers!
The Setup: I’ve integrated five Dayton Audio BST-1 High Power Pro Tactile Bass Shakers into my sim racing rig, and the difference is night and day. I have them mounted at the four corners of my rig to simulate individual tire data (kerbs, wheel slip, and road texture) with a fifth one directly under my seat for engine RPMs and gear shifts. Performance & Feel: At 50 watts each, these shakers have more than enough power to vibrate a heavy aluminum profile rig. The tactile feedback is incredibly crisp and precise. When I’m driving, I can actually "feel" which tire is losing grip or hitting a rumble strip before I see it on screen. It adds a physical dimension to racing that makes you a more consistent and faster driver. Why the BST-1? Clean Power: Even with five running simultaneously, the signal is clean. They handle low frequencies (down to 10Hz) beautifully, providing that deep "thump" without sounding like a noisy rattle. Build Quality: They are built like tanks. They handle long endurance races without overheating or losing intensity. Easy Mounting: The 4-hole mounting pattern made it simple to bolt them directly to my rig's frame and pedal plate. Pro-Tip for Sim Hub Users: If you're running a multi-shaker setup like mine, spend time in SimHub tuning your frequencies. Setting your corner shakers to a different frequency than your seat shaker helps your brain distinguish between road effects and engine vibration, making the experience feel 100% realistic. Final Verdict: One BST-1 is a great start, but five is a total transformation. If you want to feel every gear change, every bump, and every slide in your bones, this is the best investment you can make for your rig. Recommended Companion for Your Rig To keep your 5-shaker setup from vibrating through the floor (and potentially bothering anyone else in the house), isolation is key. Dayton Audio ISO-4 Isolation Feet: These rubber feet decouple your rig from the floor, ensuring all that tactile energy stays in your seat and pedals where it belongs.

Great power for sim racing.
Got 2 for my simrig (one under the seat and one under the pedals). Can't go wrong. More than enough power. Great quality.
