When I use a Macbook, why does only one screen work or even all of screens don't work?

The Macbook with M1/2/3 chips or mac pro before 2012/Mac Air before 2017 don't support two video signal output at the same time. You can use an H5 cable to resolve this issue or you can reach us for trouble shooting

Found a list of laptops that do not perfectly fit for the portable monitor, what should I do if using one of them?

Some laptops do not equip all the ports required to make all screens work at the same time. But don't worry, you can send us the excat laptop model and we'll find the best solution to solve this problem.

Why the triple screen extender shows "No Signal" ?

Because laptop Type C ports don't support video signal and power supply at the same time, you should use an HDMI to Type-C cable to connect and using 5V/2A power source to power the screen extender.

How to achieve charging & display at the same time?（Only have 2 full-featured Type-C ports）

You can use 2 Type-C cables to connect your laptop and the screen extender, then you can insert your laptop charger to the Type-C ports of the laptop portable monitor.

Why the triple screen extender shows "Go to power saving mode" ?

That is because the laptop can not provide enough power to make the monitor work, you can use an extra power supply(5V/2A power source) to power the monitor.
