I’m absolutely thrilled with this MatchAiA premium organic matcha! It’s even better than the matcha I’ve bought from Japanese and U.S. supermarkets. Good price and flavor. I made match cake by using it and it tastes better than I expected . No big different with Uji matcha honestly. The color looks fresh as well. I believe that is truly from organic Matcha green tea. I use it to make matcha green tea milk. It’s a little bit hard to dissolved but not surprised. You might need blender to mix it well.

Color is pretty vivid green. Not washed out like cheaper culinary grade. The flavor is smooth. Overall a good everyday matcha and good value for the price.

I’ve been using this matcha for my morning tea and occasional lattes, and it’s been enjoyable. The taste is smooth without bitterness. It does contain caffeine, but it feels gentle and steady, not like coffee

I’ve tried many different brands on Amazon as well as different Matcha powders that can be found in stores in the United States, this is by far my favorite. It’s very smooth, not grainy at all. It has the perfect strength, it’s not easily overpowered, which I appreciate. The price is amazing for the quality. it creates a good layer of foam when made correctly. I stored mine in the freezer to keep it fresh.
