I love these!!! Highly recommend! These are fabulous if you struggle with plantar fascia and or heel bone spurs. Theyre kinda sticky at the bottom to stay in place without moving around while you move around. The longer i wear these the less my feet and legs hurt. Wearing every day they last about three months. They fit well in sneakers, loafers, heels, and flats too.

My wife and godmother suffer from flat feet and this product has alleviated, back pain as well has foot pain, especially my wife how suffers from sciatica.

Size is excellent, and they are made of gel and comfortable of your feet 👣. The thing is that they fall of your shoe 👟 along with your foot 🦶. But they are comfortable. But they don’t relief your pain.

Seems to work okay but will give it a little more time. I don’t like that it sticks to my heels, when I take my feet out of my shoes the pads come out to.

Very shallow cups and seemed to be smaller than some of the other options.

Reduce foot pain.

I use these gel heel cups in all of my shoes. It makes them much more comfortable.

They were not as comfortable as I thought they were going to be

I didn’t liked the product due to its poor quality. I had worn it for just a couple of days and it is already getting cracked. Not worth it. Better to buy some quality products.

Trap, dont buy! Very cheap material, hence very poor padding, in fact it is hard not soft. That wasn't my biggest concern, till I learnt that it is not eligible for return.
