UNMATCHED customer service!! When I received my sprayer, the wand leaked badly out of the side, clearly a manufacturing defect. I contacted customer service and they said they would ship me out a new wand, which should arrive in 3-5 business days. 3 days later, I received not just a new wand, they sent me an entire sprayer! This one works perfectly and I have already sprayed all those pesky weeds that I bought this to help get rid of. It's comfortable to carry and easy to use. You can easily control the pressure, the volume of liquid that comes out, and there are 2 little hooks to hold the wand when it's not in use.

THAT IS THE MAIN REASON, ASIDE FROM THE EXCELLENT REVIEWS, THAT I CHOSE THIS SPRAYER above all others. MANY COMPANIES CANNOT BE RELIED UPON TO HELP YOU, especially after the Amazon window closes. It was LITERALLY only a few dollars more than the other I originally ordered, but you pay for QUALITY .THIS HAPPENS TO BE AN EXCELLENT PRODUCT AND IT IS RELATIVELY INEXPENSIVE. THE PLASTIC IS THICK AND STRONG, and it pumped up very EASILY , EFFECTIVELY, and EFFICIENTLY. It’s very easy to carry around and that COMFORT is essential, especially if you’re using it on a lot of items. Using it is a DREAM and the spray nozzle works PERFECTLY, AND SO DOES THE EXTRA SPRAY NOZZLE INCLUDED DOES. THEY ALSO INCLUDED AN EXTRA FILTER AS WELL. A MANUAL IS ALSO INCLUDED AND THE MANUAL, EXTRA SORAY NOZZLE, AND EXTRA FILTER ARE ALL NEATLY IN A PLASTIC ZIPLOCK BAG. I’ll be using it for my rose bushes, ornamental trees and bushes. Bought another disposable sprayer. 1 gallon. Had to pump it up ever minute. Checked for leaks. I'm tired of this BS. I bought this one. It's more expensive. Hoping it's worth it. Then I went and bought a HD 2000 S battery pump. This one I can use if the battery ever goes low in the middle of spraying. I'm restricted on time. Wind blows all day long. Only in morning or evening for a couple hours can I spray. So need to finish when I start. Right now using this to mist my ferns. Works great! It's well sealed. Seems quality materials. No leakage what so ever. I'm using it very versatile. They even included a pressure relief valve. Handy of you use it short like I am right now. So it doesn't have to sit around pressurized. In the end, I think it's a far better value for the money than keeping buying disposable sprayers.

This is one of those products you expect little from other than mediocre performance and leaks unless you spend a fortune. Needing only to distribute insecticide twice a year I didn't want to spend that fortune as the commercial insecticide and growth regulator set me back $150 already. I tend to look for US, especially family business, made products and chose this one. I was very pleased with the quality, fit feel & finish, and function of this sprayer out of the box. Design of the fill funnel is perfect and works extremely well. The pump assembly worked exactly as it should've with no fluid or air leaks; once pumped, it stayed pumped. Locking mechanism for the pump barrel is well executed and positive. The included bleed valve functioned well and is definitely needed to relieve the internal pressure before opening to drain leftover fluid! Two different nozzles are included to choose for your particular application as well as a spare filter. Yes, it has an internal hard filter like more expensive models. The wand trigger feels like a much higher priced example and remained comfortable even after spraying every nook and cranny of the kitchen and bathrooms. I never experienced a leak or drip after hours of use. You will not regret buying this sprayer!
