My favorite sleep medicine
This is my favorite sleep medicine. It kicks in fast, and I sleep very well. I don't wake up during the night when I take it. The blue pills are small and easy to swallow. I find them to be the perfect strength to get me to sleep and stay asleep. I definitely recommend them!

Whole pills are too much
I'd tried these a while back, but didn't like how groggy I felt for a few hours after waking up, so I stopped using them. For some reason, it didn't occur to me at the time to split the pills and just take half each time (they even have a little crease in the middle that makes it easy to crack them in half by hand). Once I tried this, I found them to be perfect... they do not have a "knock you out" kind of effect, just a little nudge in the direction of helping you sleep soundly all night, while also not causing you to feel woozy in the morning. Plus, of course, the other advantage of splitting them is that you get twice the number of doses, making them even more economical. I do notice, however, that I have some really strange and vivid dreams now. The vast majority of them I would not describe as "nightmares", as they're not really scary, just odd. I chalk that up to the fact that I'm sleeping more deeply and for longer periods, which gives the "plotlines" of these dreams more time to develop.

These sleep aids work great for me. I started taking them earlier in the evening because they make me sleepy in the morning if I take them too late (at bedtime or later if I can't fall asleep).

Really helps
Reached a point where Ambien just didn't help anymore so checked this out, did a little research, and decided to give it a try. Fell asleep fast and slept longer and it's way less expensive than Ambien and it's over the counter with no addiction worries. Been using it for about 6 months and in combo with 2 5mg dual layer Melatonin tablets (Natures Bounty-also from Amazon) finally broke the sleep problems. Wake up after 4 hours, ignore it and go right back to a sound sleep for another 3 to 4 hours. Wake up with no after effects. Love this combo and so far its working great.
