Our cat has been suffering with a cough and runny nose for over a month now, so I was hoping to see some improvements using this, but I’ve not. I’m 2 weeks in to using it with the recommended doses, but I’ve not seen even the slightest improvement. It’s an expensive gamble IMO, but we wanted to try for our cat as we’re at a loss :(

Used this one a dog with collasping trachea. Used it until she was 16 years old. It helped alot. Pricey though.

My dog is caughing for nearly 2 years now. After first 2 week caugh session I went to the vet with him. They diagnosed heart murmur but they said the caugh has nothing to do with the heart because it is too early stage of the murmur. Maybe it is allergy or maybe his throat is irritated by something. No answer and the caugh still there. Went to the vet in 6 months. Stronger heart murmur but caugh ignored again. After nearly 2 years I finally decided to push for tests and see what is wrong with my baby. They did x-ray, blood test and took him for one day observation. I found out that his trachea is narrowed and in his age - he is 8 there is really nothing that can be done. Heart is affected by low air stream not going through the trachea properly. We got heart pills but caugh was still there. I even bought human robitussin (natural), gave him honey and some organic throat syrups but nothing until I found this medicine. For me it was AMAZING. My dog stopped caughing almost completely. His throat is not constantly itritated beacuse of persistent caugh and he has better and more normal life. I could not believe how great this product was. It does not interfere with other pills because it is natural. My dog does not like the taste but he is very picky in everything. Buy this for trachea collapse or trachea narrowing - you will not regret.

I have a 14 year old Pug with a collapsing trachea that I was desperately trying to find something to help with her coughing fits. I've read every single review I possible could on Throat Gold, both here on amazon and other websites, PRAYING that all the positive reviews weren't paid reviews and that this stuff really did work. I didn't want to have to put Squints down because of her obvious discomfort, she was not happy, none of us were sleeping because she'd cough all night, cough after drinking, cough after eating, cough after barking. Was horrible. I ordered this after milling it over for a day, got it in 2 days with Prime. By I'd say the 4th day, her cough had decreased significantly. Now, ~3 weeks later, she rarely coughs. Swear on everything this stuff has been a miracle for my Squints. For the folks it didn't work for, I feel HORRIBLE, because I know how desperate I was to find something for her and how much faith I was putting in a product I knew nothing about. It's $50, I'd pay 3 times that every month just knowing that she's happy and comfortable again, it's worth a try if you're vacillating, it's absolutely worth a try.

I give this to our calico cat who has asthma. Haven't noticed a big difference yet, but have had more dust with cleaning lately; so I think i need to wait a couple more weeks to see what happens. One thing I've noticed is she has been less congested. I have been using Lung Gold and Throat Gold together. She takes it very well when applied to her freeze dried fish treats.

Update: changing my 1 star to a 5 star because this seller really does stand behind their product. I hope this works out better for your furbabies than it did mine. My poor 16 year old Maltese has progressively been dealing with a collapsing trachea for years. In the last month it’s gotten so much worse. Recent trip to the vet only resulted in a prescription that did nothing. So I broke and purchased this medication, which is quite expensive only for it to not work as well. I’ve been giving this to him as recommended for the last almost week and no results at all.
