Wasn’t too sure what to expect, as this was my first sea moss purchase. I was hesitant to invest heavily in a really large jar before assessing if this was even something I had interest in committing to. I spent a few hours reading reviews for multiple brands and kept coming back to this. I was very pleasantly surprised upon first taste; sweet but not cloying. Thick but not gelatinous. No issues with texture, nor any hint of ‘sea’ fragrance. I had my first taste on a morning when I’d been caffeine free for 48 hours and was very pleased with the alertness I experienced a few hours later. Placebo effect? Possibly, but I’ll commit to the jar and see how I feel at its end.
