I noticed a difference the first time I took this stuff, and I've been using it for about a week now. I take Boxing/Kickboxing/MMA classes 6 days a week, and use this as a post workout to help with muscle recovery. I had actually pulled a muscle in my leg the day this got to my door, and I can say firsthand it helped speed up the recovery significantly. I had pulled the same muscle in my other leg a few days prior and it took about two days to fully heal.Using this, the second leg was good the same night I had pulled it. (I had also used a foam roller to massage the legs in both cases).The only negative thing I can say is it doesn't dissolve well. I've tried mixing it with water, and almond milk, and it still ends up having clumps left behind. I tried using it in a smoothie today, and got much better results after blending it, but still a few clumps here and there. That being said, Ill definitely buy it again.

Prior to the Isolate, I was using the regular MP Combat powder (also vanilla). I went with the Isolate to shave off some calories and get rid of the excess crap. I actually like the MP Combat powder taste, which says a lot since most are eh. The Isolate powder (unsurprisingly) tastes different. It isn't bad, per se, but it isn't as good as the regular Combat.That said, I am still happy with it. I have tasted much worse protein shakes out there.

It is hard to find a protien powder this clean! It's frustrating to have to worry about my protien powder when I already don't have time to write out my macros 100%. I rely on plain clean foods I know so I can grab and go. This powder is a tremendous help! Love it 🤗 0 carb 0 fat 0 sugar... I use it with Anthony's egg white powder and SOMEtimes pb fit (workout days) and it tastes pretty good.

This stuff does taste good, and I haven't noticed any issues with digesting it. I was expecting something more creamy though for some reason. I prefer to keep calories down by mixing with water, and other products manage to still be creamy, but this one is more watery. Not a deal breaker though.

I received this today and im drinking it as i write this review. I have to say the flavor blew me away! I mixed with 2% milk and im telling you the taste is amazing. I've tried 2-3 other products in the past and this is my favorite by far. I cant speak to the effectiveness of the product just yet but i will write another review.

I got this specifically to help hit my Keto macros. You get the protein without the carbs, which is the first thing I looked at. I've used Combat protein products in the past and have always been 100% satisfied with the quality, taste and value these products offer. This is no exception. I will definitely buy this again! Side note - I am lifting while doing Keto and I am getting gains!

The taste was a little underwhelming, but not terrible. I used it to mix in with my oatmeal, so that kind of masked any issues I had with the taste. I don't think I'd drink it as just a shake though. The real problem I have with the product, and actually most Muscle Pharm products, is the use of artificial sweeteners. This one has sucralose (aka Splenda) in it, which is a known, proven neurotoxin. And it's not just MP products. There are boatloads of workout supplements out there that use sucralose or aspartame in their products. It's just SHOCKING to me that these companies, who are manufacturing supposed "health" supplements, would put such toxic ingredients in their products. Seems counter-intuitive, doesn't it? Makes you really wonder if these companies actually care about their customer's health, or if they only care about making that almighty buck. After all, sweetening up these supplements makes them taste better to most people, so they'll buy more, more, and more. I emailed Muscle Pharm about my concerns, and the response I got was very dismissive, and factually incorrect. That's not really a company I want to give money to.I (like most people) didn't do enough homework when shopping for a protein powder, which is how I ended up with Combat Powder. And I will admit, Combat Powder is effective and most flavors taste very good. But after learning more about the ingredients, I just can't put that into my body anymore. There are equally-effective products out there, which don't contain any artificial ingredients. I'd recommend checking out the NOW line of products, which are very clean.

Very clean whey protein isolate. My new favorite vanilla protein flavor. This Musclepharm whey protein isolate is 90% Whey protein where many other proteins are fullof fillers. This protein is very easy to digest. The consistency is a little in the thinner side. Takes great with unsweetened almond milk or water. Needs s few extra shakes to mix in a shaker cup but is definitelyworth it. I will continue to buy this item. I did not receiveany type of discount on this item. I Highly recommend it!
