SALOMON Salomon mens Trekking shoes

Perhaps the most comfortable piece of footwear I have ever purchased. I use for hiking, trail running, fishing, kayaking. They are super light but tough as nails, get them wet they dry in no time, get them caked in mud, hose wash and brand new again. I actually bought them for my son but they were too tight, so I snagged them, lucky me!

I typically wear the Salomon Speedcross. I have a thinner foot and the Speedcross fit a tad better. I wanted something with a little more room for heavy winter socks. I don't see how these would be a good running shoe but they work great as an everyday or light hiking shoe. I purchased these thinking I was buying the GTX version but realized it after wearing them a couple times that they were not. This is my fault and not Salomon or Amazon. I would suggest the GTX version to anyone out there looking. These breathe much better however because of their ability to breathe my feet get wet just walking through grass.

I already had a pair of this fourth generation of the Ultra 4 shoes, so knew which size fits me best. I was a bit unsure of ordering via Amazon in the US, but needn't have worried - delivery was frictionless and they arrived well within the expected time-frame. The box was a bit 'demolished' inside the plastic mailing bag after its long voyage, but the shoes inside were perfect. I'm glad I ordered these as this colour/style wasn't available from my usual Salomon-selling outdoor store.

Lieferung ging schnell und sicher. Schuhe passen sehr gut (Tipp:1 Nummer größer oder 1-1,5cm). Drücken nicht und fühlen sich auch nach einem ganzen Tag unterwegs bequem und gut an (- keine Schweissbildung)!
