This item is amazing with cardboard. I trimmed boxes down to inch long and 1/4 inch wide in minutes. Amazed that the blades stayed sharp as a sharp knife loses its edge quickly cutting cardboard. At this size we use it as kindling or ad paraffin to make camping fires or light smoker grills easier to light. I tried a sample cut on cloth and did NOT have typical cloth bundle snags. Very pleased and do recommend.

I bought this to open the many boxes I get shipped to my house every week. It is not good for opening boxes. It is very good for cutting up boxes after you open them. Im still using scissors to cut packing tape to open the box. Its good to breaking the box down for recycling ♻️

Works good, can be a real life saver

I have horrible arthritis and these are so easy to use! I was able to cut up twenty larger boxes last weekend that came from amazon and chewy over the last year, I had tried to cut them up with scissors and an exactor knife but was too painful. Glad I got these.

Unless your cardboard is very thin this will not cut up a cardboard box. That's why I bought it to try and chop up some of the boxes I get buying stuff from Amazon (irony). It didn't work, kept locking up and not cutting. I was very careful to try and get the correct angle but that didn't help and I had to go back to good old razor box cutter.

My New Favorite toy.. This is making mylife so much easier. I can cut down boxes and other stuff without struggling to do it.. If you are in need of a good cutter highly recommend
