Great value phone
Easy to use, got it for elderly mother while in hospital. She had no trouble using it at 94yrs old 👍

Great, basic phone for an old person to use.
Bought this for my 94 year old aunt who lives with us, and she can use it just fine. Its important to know this phone comes without any SIM card. I just went into my own phone providers shop and got a £10 pay as you go SIM and put it in. Has a really handy SOS button on the back that you can program numbers to, so if my Aunt needs me in an emergency she just presses this button and it rings me. There is also an option to have an alarm that rings at the same time. The only downside is that there is no option to change the ring tone (not a major issue, but when she had to go for a short stay in a care home the ringer on the phone was indistinguishable from all the other bells and whistles that were constantly going in the background, and she very often didn't hear the phone).

Not worth buying
I bought this for my mum who has dementia. The signal from the EE network when the SIM was in this phone was appalling, the signal cut off all the time and was really distressing for my Mum. We replaced the phone and put the SIM in the new phone and suddenly we had a great signal! This is a cheap phone in every way. The plastic is very cheap and flimsy and it was a struggle for mum to get the phone out of the docking station.

Buy Jupiter!!
Ideal for the elderly especially my 98yr old mother who uses it as a back-up for her landline. Only apparent weakness is that the battery drains quite quickly.

Great phone,
Got this for Dad when he was in hospital. Unfortunately he never got to use it and passed away. The phone itself was easy to use, had good battery life and the switch on the side made blocking the keys (other than picking up calls from family) easy to turn off. Just a shame about the circumstances.
