A great little chair to carry.
Definitely worth buying! My doctor's new office building doesn't have a lobby with chairs. I cannot stand waiting for a cab to pick me up due to weak legs. I tried a cane with a seat but that wasn't stable and it hurt my butt. So I looked for a portible chair that was light enough and easy to carry and stable enough that I could stand up to get out of it. If I sat on the steps outside, next to the railing, I barely made it to my feet. I tried this and it's great. I'm 66 y/o, 5'7" and weigh 190 lbs due to illness. Some reviews said it was uncomfortable, but I had no issues with it. It isn't sturdy enough to use as support when standing up, but using my cane I can manage without falling. It has a strap for carrying. It isn't the most comfortable to carry, but it works. It also has a Velcro strap that keeps it folded while carrying. It's easy to use and works well. I'm just glad I found it and I would buy it again.

Nifty little folding chair
Very pleased with this little folding camp chair, which I will probably never use for camping. It is very well constructed, a little bulkier than I expected when folded up but simple to operate and easy for me to carry. What is amazing is that it is quite comfortable in spite of the odd triangular seat. Didn't think I wanted a seat with a back, but now that I have it, I've enjoyed that too! I have issues with my knees and hips and need to sit often and was looking for a portable chair I could easily manage. I also like that it is higher than the ones I found in stores. Costs more than some, but it's also much better made than most, sturdy, and I hope, dependable...time will tell, but after a couple of uses I'm quite satisfied!

Good Portable Chair
I bought this because I have problems with walking or standing for different lengths of time & don't always have a place to sit down. I wanted it for when I go to various outdoor events & it has served it's purpose well. It's very light & easy to carry. It unfolds quickly & easily & I can sit down anywhere when I need to. It's not comfortable to sit in for a long period of time. I used it to sit in for an outside 2 1/2 hour play & I was stiff when that was over with. However for short periods of time it works great.

Good chair!
I really like this chair. I am glad the color overall is darker than the picture. The picture shows bright orange, but the one I got is a darker to red orange with bright orange trim. I like that color much better. I think it is pretty sturdy & I like the design because usually the front of the seat kinda digs into your legs, but the triangle shape is more comfortable. It doesn't dig into your legs at all. You can sit upright, unlike most of the other designs. Easier to carry & less bulky too! Thank you.

Finally! just what I'm looking for!!
I have tried every folding chair I could find so I could have seating for sketching while on a hike. 3 legged chairs seemed to tilt my pelvis forward, creating painful pressure after about 10 minutes. They were also are harder to keep balanced on any sort of irregular ground. 4 legged chairs are much better for balance, but are usually dependent on two horizontal bars and a sling type seat, causing pressure under the knees. This chair is larger and the wider space between legs creates a more balanced stable seating. The padding helps comfort. The side pocket is handy, and while it's quite sturdy, it's also light enough that I can carry it over my shoulder for an hour or so without any discomfort. My friends are all envious and a couple have already ordered one for themselves. It sits a little higher which means I don't have to rise from a deep squat. I'm 5'9" 190#. I'd give it more stars if I could. I'm very very happy with it!

Nice Portable Resting Spot
Brought this little chair/stool to a long weekend event. I have an elderly dog who needs to rest a lot so when I want to give him a break I need somewhere to sit too. I can't be carrying around a regular camping chair. I have several of those but they are not for carrying while you are wandering about. This little chair is light enough for me to sling over my shoulder and just pop open any time my dog lets me know he needs a rest. It was comfortable enough that I used it the entire weekend even for our bonfire event where we sat for a little more than an hour. I'm pretty much average height and weight for a woman so I cannot attest if the chair would be sturdy or comfortable for a larger person. It was plenty comfortable for me. I also loved the fact that the strap is ON the chair and there is no carry bag. The carry bags are a pain to get off and on and then you have to tie them to the chair to make sure they don't blow away - etc. I loved not having to deal with all of that. This chair seems to be taller than other stool like chairs I've used in the past which is another nice thing.

Best lightweight travel chair
Best lightweight travel chair! This chair is so comfortable it actually feels like it's padded. Only con is I wish the back was longer for more support in the lumbar region, which is where I need it most. It's perfect for those who want to take with them and need to sit down every once in awhile....for instance an outdoor flea market. It's also great for outdoor sporting events like a soccer game.I have severe back problems so this is perfect. I took it to walk in a forest (tourist attraction) with my hubby. I was able to sit down whenever I needed to take a short rest. It's very lightweight so i had no trouble carrying it. The velcro strap secures it shut and the carry strap is a great feature. I would gladly purchase more for gifts for people who need it. When you sit it in you will be surprised how comfortable it actually is.Update: I purchased one for a friend and another friend bought one too. They both love it!

Ok chairs but didn't work for us
We bought these to use on RV trips. We loved the light weight of them and thought they'd be a good fit for us, but they just weren't. Sitting on these for more than a few minutes is uncomfortable - and I have a small butt! They also sit lower than expected. We opted for a more standard shaped chair instead.

Works great for guitarist playing around campfires!
This chair is amazing! I have have been looking for a chair like this for some time. It’s awesome for playing guitar around the campfire no stupid arm rests getting in the way, and a spot to hold my beer. It is sturdy well built and comfortable to sit in. Just my opinion... but I’m happy with it and would recommend if another guitar player needs one this is the chair to buy!

Great Buy
Very sturdy construction. Like that it has a strap with Velcro to keep it collapsed when carrying it. Lightweight and easy to sling over a shoulder with the carrying strap. Great padded back rest. Very comfortable seat height for a person who is short. Would recommend to a friend.

Seat height
Although the front leg height is what is advertised as the actual seat height is only 16" due to the sling effect of the seat.

A bit tippy
I bought this chair for urban sketching. It’s pretty good, though on uneven ground is a bit tippy. Once settled, is quite comfortable and has a convenient drink holder.
