Robot needs it
Don't have anything to say but my cat litter robot needs it. But they do constantly pop out of place....

Serves the purpose
Hard to tell if these don’t stay in because of the design of the litter box or if they just don’t fit properly. I purchased my litter box used so it didn’t come with original parts that I could compare to. I often find these in the waste bag and have to pull them out. Slightly annoying.

Keeps coming out
These suck!!! We have to keep purchasing because it keeps coming out which is very annoying because the cat litter will leak out through the sides when this is not in there

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPNAY BY PURCHASING THIER PRODUCTS!! I bought one of their litter robots - with a two year warranty. The rake has stopped working multiple times and whenever I reached out to customer service, not only were they unable to reasonably resolve the issue, THEY HAVE COMPLETELY CEASED COMMUNICATION. They have no phone number to call, only a generic email. They only offered to send me new sensors, in which I would have to deinstall the current 6 sensors and install the new 6, myself. A task that I do not have the qualifications or knowledge of the product to be able to do so. It is absurd that this was the only resolution offered as a solution. Consumers spend A LOT of money to ensure their pets have the best care and ELSPET IS FAILING! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY, IT'S A WASTE OF YOUR MONEY!!
