I’ve been using Sacred 7 Mushroom Powder for a few weeks now and really like the overall quality. The powder blends well into my coffee and smoothies, and the earthy taste isn’t too strong. However, I have used this product now for about 21 days (not yet the 30 days mentioned in the ad to see changes), and I do not as yet see much difference in how I feel with the exception of digestion. It has been an impressive help in the digestion department anecdotally, starting after only a few days of use. I struggle with constipation, and this has (anecdotally) brought about an impressive improvement in regularity. As far as taste, etc., it is just fine in my coffee, which is how I use it every morning. The taste is fine, not offensive in any way, and it dissolves well. If I start seeing other improvements in how I feel, I'll update.

I am not a doctor, nor am I giving medical advice, but I really love powdered medicinal mushrooms as they tend to help me with immunity to the point where I just don't get colds or flus anymore. This has been going on since 2020! The fine powder mixes well into my morning coffee and does not add any noticeable flavor to the drink, nor does it clump. It completely dissolves into the coffee making it the most pleasant way to ingest this powder. I have also noticed that mentally I'm more alert all day when taking a small amount in the morning. The word sacred can also mean precious. I do not worship these mushrooms, but I find them precious and rare. I have two bottles at all times. I don't want to run out of the powder because it is so integral to my physical and mental well being. I've tried several brands and this one has the best container, easy screw on and off lid and it is easy to get out any amount with a small spoon or measuring spoon. That is about all you need to know besides maybe reading up on specific mushrooms in a short detailed book. I feel more alive when taking this powder, that is all I know! I seldom write reviews for anything, but this product deserves the 5 stars! I have tried several brands of mushroom coffee and have been disappointed in all of them. This product is strictly mushroom powder, no coffee. I’ve had this about a week and, frankly I noticed a change after day 2. I have more energy, have less bloating and sleep better. I add 1 teaspoon to my morning coffee and don’t really taste it (some mushroom coffee has a muddy taste..not this one!). I’m sure there have been improvement in my digestion and other things too. Only bad thing in there is some settling in the cup, but easily stirred. I recommend this product 100%

I’ve been buying Sacred 7’s mushroom extract product for about 3 years and used it in my smoothies 4-5 times per week and occasionally in my coffee. My smoothies contain over 20 ingredients so the taste didn’t bother me but I was never crazy about the taste in my coffee. I was at a local farmers market recently and tried two products from Fun Earth Co, Mushroom Mocha and Morning Routine. I was blown away how much better it tasted. After comparing the labels I noticed Fun Earth’s product also contains approx 400-800% more mg per serving of varying mushroom extract than Sacred 7’s. More importantly, I can feel a difference. I also love the glass jars they come in and the brass and wood serving spoon they included. I’m sold on Fun Earth Co now! I shopped around for the right supplement made 100% from the fruiting body of the mushroom, and Sacred 7 delivered the most well rounded blend in my opinion. Personally, even as an adult I struggle with many textures and flavors, but this blend is so smooth and not gritty at all. A super fine powder you’ll want to handle with care when using. My favorite way to have it is in a warm cup of hot chocolate and marshmallows. I don’t get the milk scorching, just warm, and then add in my favorite cocoa mix and a serving of mushroom powder. Having a nice cup of cocoa usually helps my mood, and currently it’s making holiday gift wrapping a bit more special and warm. Knowing that for myself, or my nephew's when they come over for the holidays, that our hot chocolate is not just all sugar, but a bit more mindful and unique is nice. You really can’t tell any difference in taste or texture when you add a single serving to about 8-10oz of hot chocolate. Besides drinks like coffee and hot chocolate I also incorporate a serving into my fruit smoothies and warm oatmeal. Once I put a serving into a bowl of chocolate cereal and couldn’t tell at all. It is kinda fun to see what food a serving of this powder can work in. Obviously not everything, but strong flavors like chocolate and the flavored packs of oatmeal I have make great ways to incorporate a little something extra into my food here and there. Overall I am very pleased with the blend, the taste, the effects and the price! My immune system loves the boost, along with my brain!
