This is one of the best D3 + K2 supplements I’ve ever used. I’ve been taking it daily for two months — 5 drops under the tongue every morning on an empty stomach — and I’m extremely satisfied. It’s a clean, high-quality product, and the results speak for themselves. The entire formula is liposomal for optimal absorption — both the D3 (5000 IU) and the full-spectrum K2 complex (MK-4 and MK-7 as patented MenaQ7® from chickpeas). This stuff really helps! Not easy to find a good vegan vitamin D. Finally found a professional kind from lichen that is micellized, tastes great, and doesn't bother my stomach! I can easily take it with a meal. Add 5 drops to your food, spoon, or in your mouth. Ideal if taken with another fat, but this does contain MCTs from coconut oil and cold-pressed castor bean oil that helps absorption as Vitamin D is fat soluble. Other brands I've tried, the MCT has bothered and upset my stomach a lot, but not this one! Woohoo! I previously tried MRM's vit D & K2 too but unfortunately, it just didn't work for me. Lab numbers weren't improving nor did I feel any different. With Pure TheraPro Rx, I feel a difference in sleep quality, mood, immunity, etc. I'm happy with it and will get my lab numbers checked soon after taking at least 3 months. Oh and this contains vitamin K2 from chickpeas as well which is nice to have the 2 together. Thank you!

I thought my latest batch was rancid due to color change and seemed cloudy but after contacting the company which I’m incredibly thankful I did I received this response immediately!! Great company and only one I’ll use from now on. It sounds like this may be your first bottle of our new formulation. We are excited to inform you that the reason for the color change is due to the fact that our ENTIRE formula is now 100% liposomal! This new formula is in NO WAY RANCID. It is now more golden brown in appearance, slightly cloudy, and has a light sunflower taste and aroma. This is because the D3 and K2 in our new formula are encased in a phospholipid coating (from pure, non-GMO Sunflower Lecithin) to enhance solubility, absorption, and bioavailability. I'm attaching a study here for your review. —In regards to any cloudiness you are seeing in your liquid -- this is simply the liposomal matrix and your liquid just needs to be shaken very well before each use to get the liposomes to break apart more.

We hoped to LOVE this — balanced amounts of vitamins, a liquid dose that we can divide, vegan (no alpha-gal), made in USA, even has a bit of MCT oil in it. It tasted amazing when we thought it should have been bland like MCT oil, and we thought that it might be contaminated. But the manufacturer said that flavor is a good thing, that it means the ingredients are as they should be. We had lots of questions, the manufacturer was really helpful, and we are thankful. We are worried though, because medical websites seemed to say that vitamin k supplements, even high quality ones like this one, can be a bad idea because the body can’t absorb and filter them as well as it can for K in whole foods. So K from supplements can build up to unsafe levels in the body quickly even though there is no known upper limit to K from whole foods. Plus, we learned from this supplement that we are VERY allergic to sunflower, even high quality like this. So we are giving this supplement strong stars but also giving up on it and going to lots of broccoli for K and a mushroom supplement for D. Thank you anyways and best wishes, Pure TheraPro.

This supplement is a very light oil with little or no taste. The dose is administered by placing drop(s) under the tongue. (I wish all vitamin supplements were this easy to take.) It works very well for me, and I have recommended it to friends and relatives. I am a woman in my mid-seventies. Each year when I have blood work done for my annual checkup my doctor comments that my Vitamin D levels are good. I have been using it for at least five years.
