Shotty packaging
Second time I've ordered these hitches, both times the packaging for shipping was fubar. I am now short several pieces of hardware and I'll have to source them locally. These are 20 ton hitches, by themselves they are heavy in nature. Let's think this through when packaging.

Do Not Buy. Not a quality item.
The Latch moves over 1/4 left-to-right.The latch and jaw do not meet as it should.I have purchased several items from Buyers guide without any issues.I should have read the reviews BEFORE ordering.This is extremely poor quality. I certainly would not trust.Additionally, the mounting kit was missing. It appeared as thought the the box had been opened.Item returned.
