I love using this when I do leg day because it’s give me an extra energy boost do not expect to think this is an magic pill YOU have to put in the WORK in order to see results!

Pros: High caffeine but a good overall ingredient profile. Caffeine (400mg): Provides a significant energy boost, enhancing focus and alertness during workouts. I am someone who works out regularly and I rely on various supplements to help with my fitness goals. One thing that is necessary for me is a good pre-workout. I cannot get through a good session without taking one. I’ve tried countless brands and varieties over the years, but I continue to search For a great one. When I came across this one, I liked all of the claims it made as well as the breakdown of ingredients, so I went ahead and placed an order for it. After it arrived, it took a while for me to start taking it because I was already working on a different brand, But about a month ago I started taking this one. Overall, I like it. It’s pretty standard as far as pre-workouts go. Usually kicks in about 20 minutes after taking it and lasts me about 1.5 to 2 hours or so. I like the flavor. It’s not great, but I’ve had a lot worse. It definitely has a chemical taste, but most of these do. It did leave a little bit of residue in the glass so I had to switch more water in it to get the rest out, but it wasn’t a big deal. I felt that it was a clean burst of energy and there was no sudden crash afterwards, which I also appreciate. It did not cause my heart to race or get jitters in anyway whatsoever, which was also a bonus. I think the price point is fair, but there are probably some others in the same range that may be do a better job. But still, I’m pretty pleased with this and I definitely can recommend it. I do have a high tolerance to pre-workout powder so maybe somebody else will get a better result than I did. But again, I thought it was quite good overall. I hope my review helps you to make a more well informed decision.

This is a great pre-workout that does not have any ingredients that usually lead to jitteriness. I felt the effects pretty quickly, and they lasted all the way through my workout. There was no drop in energy at all, which is great. The taste is as expected for a pre-workout, and it can be taken with water or a protein shake (depending on the flavor). Good deal for the quantity received. Give it a shot!

My husband has tried countless pre workout powders and this is one of the only ones he actively disliked. He was frustrated straight away because there was no perforation on the outer safety seal. And then the inner safety seal would not come off easily or cleanly. Then to try the product, he said it tasted like medicine. Unfortunately he consumes a great deal of caffeine so the levels in this did not cause him any issues or jitters. But he really disliked the taste.
