These just WORK!! No More Prilosec!!
Such an amazing and elegant solution to such a severe problem. This product has changed my life for the better and given me tremendous peace of mind. I cannot think the creators of this product enough for what they have given to me and millions of other people. Like many others, I was taking the PPI (proton pump inhibitor) omeprazole (Prilosec) for over 20 years. The Prilosec worked fine to keep my heartburn under control, but I have tried numerous holistic and dietary strategies to get off of these PPIs because all the reported problems with long-term use — studies have linked long-term use of PPIs to an increased risk of dementia, cardiovascular disease, and renal failure. I even wrote a blog post about the dangers of PPIs for elderly people (and everyone else) at https://www.farrlawfirm.com/dementia/caution-the-hidden-dangers-of-heartburn-medicine/ and my personal effort to try to get off of PPIs. Nothing has worked for me until these Orange Burps. I started by taking one capsule daily, and went cold turkey off of Prilosec. That completely worked for about a week, but then the heartburn came back, so I increased to two pills once a day (seeing as the suggested dosage is one or two capsules a day). That completely did the trick, and I have been off of Prilosec for at least 4 months With no heartburn symptoms. If I could give this product 10 stars, I would. I just hope that everyone who is taking PPIs long-term will find this product and switch to these in order to avoid the long term negative side effects of PPIs.

No help!
Product made antacid worse! After reading reviews I tried to cancel order and was refused! Used anyway and it is awful , Don't do like me research before you order. ANy citrus makes acid worse! And they make it no returnable so you get screwed!

cured my Covid heartburn!
I started getting bad heartburn recently, which is not normal for me. I tried a couple over the counter chewables, but they didn't really help. I won't take medications like PPIs due to their side effects (a family member got really sick from them). I figured these were natural and worth a try. They really work! They do make you burp the first few days, but the orange flavor isn't unpleasant. My heartburn went away in less than a week. Highly recommended!

Didn't help with LPR, but seems to help with my abdominal pain
I bought these a year ago in attempt to cure or at least lessen my LPR problem. Unfortunately, they didn't help one bit. I will say that I got zero side effects from them (aside from the trademark orange burps, which are actually not bothersome at all). I threw them aside and figured they weren't useful to me. A year later, I decided to try them again, this time to see how they'd work on a persistent, yearlong abdominal pain issue I've had, which has baffled doctors. Amazingly, it has helped! It hasn't completely removed the pain, but it's brought it to a lower level. It's only been 10 days, so I can't conclude anything yet, but I'm optimistic. I will keep taking them and see what happens. For those who have issues taking large pills (like me), you should get this brand. The pills are smaller than the Jarrow brand, though they are still fairly large. However, the great thing is that they FLOAT in your mouth, unlike normal pills. This actually makes them FAR easier to take. Why? Because floating pills don't run over the back of your tongue like regular pills do, so they don't trigger a gag reflex. Anyway, if you have difficulty taking large pills, DEFINITELY get this brand. The orange burps themselves are very mild, and don't taste bad. Just kinda tastes like you had some orange candy earlier.

Works well for Acid Reflux Relief
I have suffered from acid reflux GERD from a hiatal hernia for about 20 years. My doctor originally prescribed Zantac and later Prilosec but since the recalls I’ve stopped using over the counter medication. I’ve also been taking apple cider vinegar but the downside results were upset stomach, bloated and gas. I was looking for something more organic without side effects so I saw an ad for these orange burps but was skeptical because my stomach does not react well to citrus such as orange and lemons but since the reviews were good decided to give it a chance. I have been taking them as needed and I must say they work well. The only upset was if I took more than one at a time or on an empty stomach. The orange “burp” is pleasant snd only last for maybe an hour or so after ingestion. For me taking one these at the onset of heartburn and or indigestion has lowered the acid production and bloated feeling in my gut. These have become my new go to and hope they will continue to take them

It Works!
I'm an acupuncturist and have spent a lifetime advising people on how to deal with health problems naturally, without resorting to pharmaceutical drugs. Over the years, I've accumulated a list of remedies and techniques to address many of these problems. I thought I was pretty good until, at the age of 65, I developed acid reflux. I struggled with it for several years and tried everything. Diet and lifestyle changes made a difference but did not resolve the problem. Finally, I gave this produce a good try and can attest that it works. I suggest starting with 2 capsules a day, with a meal, for the first week or so. After that, many people are able to reduce to 2 capsules every other day or 1 capsule a day. And eventually, some people can stop or just take it intermittently, as needed. Note: If you've been on a PPI for several years, I would strongly suggest that you slowly reduce the PPI dosage over a month or two and introduce the Orange Burps gradually at the same time. When you take PPIs, your stomach responds by producing more of the Parietal cells that make stomach acid. So if the medication is stopped abruptly, most people will get a rebound effect. Eventually, the stomach will normalize, but this can take a several months. It is possible to get off PPIs, but it has to be done slowly and patiently.

bottom of the four
Not many people are putting out limonene just yet but of the four products we've tried, Orange Burbs is the worst of them. Beyond the ridiculous name, whatever their particular process or formulation is, it produces immediate and seemingly never-ending burbing. The other limonene we've tried will produce one or two burbs but not for an entire evening--all the way through the night as well. And in a couple particular instances, it seemed to create more acid--and that was with both of us experiencing it. I recommend any of the other brands, they did seem to help. We tried this, even though it's the most expensive, because we like the idea of 500mg as opposed to 1000. Just sorry we couldn't return them. The remainder of the bottle will likely be dumped.
